Great Location

The Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Very quiet area with beautiful views from the balcony. Low counter space in bathrooms but lots of drawer space in the bedroom. No BR closet space as the owners used that as storage. Our only complaint was since the unit is managed by a realtor and not the owners, there was no response to questions we had before arriving. That being said, our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Beach get away

Enjoyed the stay and everything was as expected. The only downside was the remodeling in surrounding units…hammering and noise started at 8:00.

Very fun place to stay for an ocean beach getaway.

Third floor condo with awesome views of the ocean. Two private 100 foot long paths from building to beach. Unit was nicely decorated wirh a nautical theme, and well supplied. Could use a few more spoons and bowls and plastic glassware. Elevator.

The view is fantastic! Enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. Condo was well stocked with kitchen needs, towels, etc.

Great Place

The unit was just a described on VRBO. Our main complaint was that the bed frame stuck out from the mattress and we kept banging our shins on it. I know we should have learned the first time it happened. We ended up using the outdoor parking spaces because the garage was too narrow for our mini-van. Everything was fine until the last night when the fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM for about 20 minutes until the fire department showed up and shut it off. We just got back to bed when a representative from the rental company knocked on the door to make sure we were OK. The weather is always iffy in early December but it was fun to see the locals running around on the beach and in the stores in stocking caps and winter coats ans the tourists in shorts and sweatshirts and flip-flops. I would recommend Pensacola Beach Properties they did a good job for a couple of 80 somethings.

Unrestricted view

Right on the beach with a wide open 180 degree view! Exactly as described in the listing and was perfect for staying in the winter months because of the gorgeous view.

Wonderful Stay

The location couldn’t have been more perfect, waterfront view with easy access to the beach. Right across, we had Peg Leg Pete’s, which was a favorite of ours during our time at the property. The boardwalk was quite a distance away for my short legs, but when you walk on the beach, time flies and we were near there in no time. The property was clean and as advertised when we were looking for a rental. We had a wonderful stay for the holiday season and definitely would recommend this location to others.

Terrible lighting, small TVs

The location was perfect, although i wouldn't get a 3rd floor room as theres no covered patio if it rains, etc. Both TVs were very small, & the bedroom tv was so poorly placed as to be unwatchable. There was a floor lamp in the living room - must have had a 200 watt white bright light bulb throughout. Same with bedroom though this lamp was a combo floor/table(ish) lamp. Overall, the lighting was garish, & the tvs were woefully small & poorly located. I would stay @ the seahorse again - just not this condo & not top floor

Our Favorite Spot

The Seahorse is our absolute favorite spot, Unit M in particular. We’ve been coming here for about 15 years and it never disappoints !!!! The only change I would make is a ceiling fan over the bed or at least an oscillating fan in the room. Thanks again, hope to be back soon !

Very nice condo in a great location near peg leg Pete’s and right on the ocean. We had a small issue on day one but was immediately taken care of so no harm no foul. Perfect location, beach wasn’t crowded and easy to get everywhere. Only two improvements I’d suggest are a boardwalk to the beach, the path is a little rough and the parking is tight,

Nice condo

This was our second time staying at this condo. Some things in the condo need upgrading. The carpet has several stains. The tv is small for the size of the living room. A fan in the bedroom would be nice. A table on the patio to enjoy eating outside would also be accommodating.

Parking sucked

I wouldn’t recommend it. First of all, the parking sucked! They have a garage but only if you drive a small compact car because nothing else will fit in it. There’s only about four spots available other than that! The beach access is terrible. You can’t lower your thermostat lower than 70, there’s no counter space in the bathrooms, they only have the glass bowl sinks!
