Nice family gathering in the beauty of Circeo

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It is the perfect location to explore te beautiful area of Circeo and Sabaudia. Plenty of space outside for sitting al fresco and for the kids to play.

A Lovely stay in Casa Circeo

Thank you for a lovely stay at San Felice Circeo and in your house.We specially apreciated the fine terrace and the lovely garden.Although we were ten persons there was plenty of room for us all. Very nice surrondings, especially the old village nearby and the nice beach in the national park of San Circeo. We warmly recommend a stay at your place.

Unforgettable holiday

Thanks to this beautiful house! We have spent unforgettable holiday here. We came here late in the night and found everything outside so much better than we waited for - we decided that we mistook something...and so much taste in interiors and exterior!!! our compliments. We enjoyed San Felice Circeo before, but now we fell in love with it forever!

Mediterranean atmosphere

Lot of time spent in the patio, enjoying the view of the oak trees in front of the house…these are moments of real relax. It seems to bee in a greek Island …with fruit trees…and the warming sun! Very pleasant…really! Perfectly fit for families…but also a group of young friends can enjoy a beautiful and peaceful holiday there. Be careful: one bathroom only.

You really uderstood the mood of the house and especially the peacefull secret of our huge garden overlooking the Oak Wood in front and the bright white of the house reminding Greece and the Mediterranean islands. Just in order to complete the information for potential renters who read the review, there is effectively still only one bathroom but there is also a hot water shower in a hidden niche outside of the house that can help coming back from the seaside especially in hot season. wonderful house, very near to the beach

Wonderful house, many compliments! It's very well maintained....huge garden! We stayed there for new year eve and we were a lot but now we think to rent it for a week this summer in order to use also of the garden!!! We went also for a walk to the beach the first of january in the afternoon and the house is really near to the beach! Thank you Giulia

Dolce vita and interesting places to see

We went on holidays at casa Circeo on late april and had a good wheather all the week long. The house was confortable and quiet and is well suited for groups of 6 to 11 individuals. The garden is nice for "dolce vita", but there are so much sites to visit that we had hardly time to have good time in the garden. S.F Circeo and surroundings are very nice places where there are much activities and things to see. We also visited more distant places : Rome and Pompei, and that were great insight into Italian history.

Beautiful location and very nice house

The house is situated in a very impressive location, from one side you can see the seaside and from the other you can see the mountains, completely surrounded by a garden, there is a big space in front of it where you can practice many sports and it has got a beautiful porch where you can relax. Inside it has got a typical structure of beach houses, but with well arranged thematic rooms: each room one colour. The ambience is nice and peaceful. It has got a big kitchen, with everything you need to cook for many people. The heating is perfect and you can stay also in winter without any problem. There are shops, restaurants and beach clubs very closed. We were there in 6 people for 5 days and for New Years Eve.

the best holiday

Our holiday in San Felice Circeo at the Villa “Casa dei gerani” is the one we will remember with the most pleasure. Our family is a big one, with three small children and friends coming everyday to see us. We invited friends in the Villa because the house is big enough and full of space. The best thing is to lay back peacefully on a chair under the patio while children are playing in the big garden without any risk. There is enough place for parking the car; the furniture is elegant and at the same time familiar; the house is near both to the seaside and the ancient village of San Felice Circeo. We would like to come back soon. Score: 10!

Beautiful place to go to enjoy Circeo and Ponza

We visited this house in June 2010 , for ten days. We were nine people, two families, one with two children at the age of 5, and one with two grown up children, and an elderly lady. The house suited us with its 4 bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. We used the porch a lot when we had dinner and when we were together in the evenings. The two bathrooms were newly renovated. The garden was big and the street and neighbourhood calm and quiet. San Felice Circeo seems to be a place where Italians go for their holidays and we only met a few foreign tourists. The beaches are long and sandy and the nearest one is at a walking-distance from the house. It was rather easy to find the way from the airport of Rome. We went to Pompei and Vesuvio for one day and to the island of Ponza for one day. Both trips were very nice.

Excellent holiday in San Felice Circeo

The perfect house for a relaxing holiday with friends or family in a green, peaceful and very close to the seaside area. The house is big enough and well organized for more than one family. The interiors are very well chosen and it’s full of necessary accessories for everyday life. Tastefully refined, it offers all the conforts of a private house. It’s perfectly located in a beautiful touristic place of the Latium Coast. It’s situated at the beginning of Mount Circeo, enriched of many fruit trees and with a huge private garden at the disposal of both adults relax and children games. The wonderful location, the forest in front of it and the traditional big stone walls allows people to enjoy the “fresco” even in the hottest season. 10 minutes walk to a sandy nice beach and a long beach towards the south coast until Terracina and Sperlonga. It’s well linked to the ancient village (500 mt) and to the commercial area (about 1,5 km). Within a small amount of minutes by car you can reach the long dunes beaches of the northern coast of Circeo. What else? We’d like a lot to come back next year!

a wonderful stay in your house in San Felice

We have had a wonderful stay in your house in San Felice. On Friday we walked around the old town in Felice and visited the Promontorium and one of the caves. On Saturday we left early in the morning for Ninfa. It was really a wonderful experience, much more interesting than what we had imagined. We also saw Sermoneta and took a drive in the mountains, On Sunday we drove north along the coast, admiring the nature and the flora, ending up in the Giardini della Landriana. It was very different from Ninfa but beautiful and interesting in another way. Our last day, Monday, we divided between the two interesting and beautiful cities Sabaudia and Terracina. We have been very satisfied with your house. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in the living room, a well equipped kitchen and a wonderful terrace for our breakfast, with a view of your silent garden with singing birds and smells of blossoming lemon trees.The house was in our view ideally located in a very calm surrounding and yet near the old centre with good restaurants and shops within walking distance. On the whole we are very satisfied with our journey. We have seen more than we had expected and we have hade a nice time together. Once again, many thanks for giving us the opportunity to rent your house.

One of the greatest place ever!

We spent one month in Circeo and it was the first time in our lives, when everything was better than we expected. The house is more cosy and its bigger and more spacious than the photos show and it is possible to accomodate two families in different parts of the house separated, and this guarantees great privacy. The patio in front of the house is beautiful and merry with grapes planted, rosemarin and flowers. We had three kids with us (5, 7 years and 1 year) that were very happy to play there under the shade of trees, and, although sometimes it was hot, the shade is sufficient for them to play during the day. Also we appreciated the voleyball net! Its not far from the beach, you have to climb a little bit on the way back, but for city people its a great fitness and I personally upgraded my physical a lot during our stay! A little supermarket is just on the other side of the street and its a lot of help. We bought fresh bread every morning and the owners of the place were very gentle with our bad Italian and very kind with children. In general, the town is one of the greatest places ever for a nice quiet stay with family. Its nice, cosy, calm, no traffic, no crowds of people in June. The sea was clean and the deptht is perfect for kids and adults alike. My last idea is about food. It was the first time in my life that I wanted take pictures of food. Its just fantastic. You can go to the market and buy delicious meat, vegetables, mozzarella de buffallo etc and my little one ate everything without any allergies that are so common in big cities! The fish was just fantastic... Dont hesitate to visit "centro storico" and try sea food there. So, it was great. Circeo is magic. My only big regret is that I didnt learn Italian, but it can be solved easily))).

stressful time in the old house!

The photos in the ad do not correspond to reality, are certainly several years old. It is not a villa, but rather an apartment on the ground floor of a house. On the first floor live other people, are constantly renovating (painting doors at 38 degrees, drilling in front of the bedroom window, constant hammering). They are allowed to park their cars on the property (which are then directly in front of bedroom windows, which are 2/3 lower than the floor), they receive guests until late at night, in the morning come the workers. Almost all windows in the house are at ground level. On the property are two heaps of branches and dry plants, the table in the garden is unusable, as the floor tiles laying on it. The linen (must be paid extra!) Is old and grumpy. The mattresses and pillows are of the lowest quality. The coffee maker is missing in the kitchen (coffee for 6 people with the mocha stove for 1.5 cups is really tedious!), toaster, lighter / matches for the gas stove, there is only a chopping board, just one kitchen towel for 8 days. The bathtub has brown-black spots, shower head / tap switch is broken! The insects are everywhere, in the bathroom are spider webs with huge spiders. No equipment at the grill, we found a stick in the garden for the coal. Without prior notice appears in front of the house an old man who takes care of the irrigation. On the last day two guys with mower machines suddenly stood in front of us (a short message from owner regarding this would be appropriate). Officially we are allowed to stay in the house on the day of departure until 11 o'clock, the cleaning lady already comes at 10 and claims she has to do everything fast, because at 14 o'clock other guests will come.

Wir haben 7 Tage gebucht sind aber leider nach 3 Tagen abgereist. Am ersten und 2.ten Tag Schlangen und am 3.ten Tag auch noch ein Skorpion entdeckt. War alles andere wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Alle 4 Kinder haben wir nicht mehr aus Angst aus dem Haus bekommen. Leider kein W-LAN im Haus und auch keine Park möglichkeiten obwohl es welche gab. So hab ich kurzfristig noch ein Hotel buchen müssen. Die Bilder müssen auch mindestens 20 Jahre her sein. Sieht leider sehr runter gekommen und nicht gepflegt aus. Schade aber unsere Meinung; nicht empfehlenswert und außerdem zu weit weg von Rom

Lieber Mustafa, ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Ihrer Bewertung, da wir am Telefon gesprochen hatten und Sie sich nicht so direkt beschwert haben. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie geschrieben haben, dass Ihnen Ihr Aufenthalt nicht gefallen hat. Es ist nicht das, was Sie mir am Telefon gesagt haben. Die Tatsache, dass Sie einen "Skorpion" gesehen haben, wie Sie sagten (sind Sie sicher, dass es ein Skorpion war oder dass es sich nur um ein ähnliches Insekt handeln könnte?). Es kann in einem riesigen Garten von 2000 Quadratmetern passieren, Es tut mir sehr leid, aber offensichtlich kann ich nicht prüfen, dass in allen 2000 Quadratmeter großen Gärten überhaupt keine Insekten sind! Was das WLAN angeht, ist es nicht auf der Website und nicht in der Beschreibung des Hauses. Wir versuchen es einzurichten, aber da es nicht verfügbar ist, wird es nicht inseriert. Was das Parken angeht, hatte ich Sie vorher gut informiert, und Sie waren sich vor dem Kommen sehr bewusst, dass es nicht möglich war, im Haus zu parken, und Sie hatten bestätigt, dass es überhaupt kein Problem gab. Für die kommende Saison wird es arrangiert und für die nächsten Gäste kein Problem. Was die Entfernung von Rom angeht, haben Sie am Ende der Website eine klare Karte und eine genaue Beschreibung des Standorts, so dass Sie vor der Reservierung genau wissen mussten, dass das Haus nicht weit von Rom, aber nicht in der Nähe liegt. Ich vermute, Sie haben die Karte nicht überprüft. Wenn Sie das nächste Mal ein Haus reservieren, rate ich Ihnen, die Lage und das Vorhandensein eines Gartens zu überprüfen, bevor Sie ein Haus mit einem 2000 m² großen Garten wählen, wenn Ihre Kinder nicht an Insekten gewöhnt sind. Schließlich bestätige ich, dass das Haus vor kurzem renoviert wurde und die Fotos vor 2 Jahren aufgenommen wurden. Während der Sommerzeit und offensichtlich nicht Anfang April eine Nebensaison mit einem Nebensaisonpreis, für die ich die Sonne nicht wirklich versichern kann zu meinen gästen Übrigens haben Sie in Ihrer Liste vergessen zu erwähnen, dass Sie ein koordiniertes Kissen von der Bank in der Veranda verbrannt haben, ohne mich zu informieren, und jetzt muss ich sie alle ändern, da ich kein ähnliches finden konnte. Nochmals, ich entschuldige mich für Ihre Beschwerden, aber ich kann wirklich nicht viel dagegen tun, und ich werde weiterhin mein Bestes für meine Gäste tun.

la strada più bella di San Felice

una casa bellissima e comoda, che gode di privacy assoluta e di grandi cure in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto la doccia esterna, la biblioteca, ricchissima di libri sul Circeo (per grandi) e di fumetti (per grandi e piccini), e il giardino pieno di fiori e protetto da pini secolari. Ed è a pochi passi da un ottimo negozio di alimentari e dai resti di una villa romana!

vacances dans une magnifique région

villa conforme au descriptif, très calme sur un très grand terrain. San felice circeo est vraiment une destination très agréable pour une immersion totale en Italie car pas de tourisme de masse, pas d'immenses immeubles , des plages magnifiques, des bons restaurants un centre historique animé tous les soirs.bref de magnifiques vacances en Italie.

Charming Haus, with nice garden close to the sea

We enjoyed our time at this place extremely. Back in Munich we think back to a very calm house, furnitured in good taste with old sailing features and pictures. We are two adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. Modern bathrooms, a little dark but well equipped kitchen. The garden was beautiful and very big. A fireplace for barbecue, a pergola, everything in excellent shape due to occasional -discret- visits by an old gardener. The contact to Guilia was very pleasant. Even a Volleyball net promised by her, arrived on the day of our arrival, brought by a neighbour. A lonely supermarket (don´t be afraid rather a little shop, small, well equipped, a little bit exclusive) right across the street helped us with all those little cooking stuff. Every night we climbed the old city (just 10 min by foot -don´t take the big street, but turn left, right at the corner to the main street and then take the stairs) for an ice-cream or a coffee. We visited the beach open to public behind the harbor and enjoyed warm water. For us it was just perfect and the contact to Giulia was always nice and very polite. Thank you for the nice time!

You just understood in a perfect mood the real taste of a nice holiday spent in a familiar house beautifully placed near the beach and near the village! A great holiday

The week in San Felice was great. Your house is very nice and located in a very calm and green surrounding. We enjoyed to go on a walk to the historic center of San Felice Circeo which is only a few steps away. The garden is very big and with nice trees and plants. We had a wonderful time in your house and in San Felice Circeo. The organisation was good and the contact very friendly. We hope to go there again. Thank you for all.

Cosy villa in a nice location

We were staying in this villa for Easter holidays and really enjoyed it. It is a nicely located just between Rome and Naples so if you are visiting these cities - it will help to save on driving time. Also it is located in Circeo National Park quite close to the seaside (about 7 minutes walk) and Ciceo mount - so surroundings worth vising as well. Landlady is very friendly and helpful (thank you Julia!). On the downsides - there are 2 nice bedrooms, but other 2 are quite compact - so practically I would say it is for 3 families/couples maximum, 4th couple would not feel comfortable.
