From this space, you have direct access to the private patio. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates and an oven, as well as a decorative open-hearth fireplace intended for aesthetic purposes only. The bathroom on this level includes a bath, bidet, and WC. On the first upper floor, 1 open room features 1 bunk bed sleeping 2, and this room overlooks a pond with aquatic plants. Please be aware that access to the second upper floor passes through this bunk bed room. On the second upper floor, 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings and carpet flooring is available, though it does not include a wardrobe. A separate WC is also located on this level.
