Less than two kilometers away, you'll discover the El Ingenio shopping center, packed with shops and activities, as well as the Baviera Golf golf course.



Torre del Mar, a key point, stands out for its easy access and excellent communication, allowing you to explore the charming villages of the Axarquía, authentic tourist attractions. This vibrant area comes to life not only in summer but throughout the year, thanks to its exceptional climate, one of the best in Europe, ideal for enjoying both in winter and summer.



The apartment, located in a recently built building with an elevator, welcomes you with an entrance hall, living-dining room with a comfortable 135 cm sofa bed, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of them inside the master bedroom. With a 150 cm double bed in the first bedroom and two 90 cm single beds in the second, we guarantee a pleasant rest.



The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay, and the apartment has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable environment. In the residential complex, enjoy the seasonal summer community pool, subject to community rules, as well as a paddle tennis court and lush gardens.



For added convenience, we offer an additional airport pickup service for a fee. Pets are welcome, upon request and with a supplement.
