Very modern penthouse with spectacular sea views and a large terrace with lounge area and outdoor shower perfectly communicated with the nearby towns of Torrox Costa and Nerja, in the heart of the east coast of Malaga in the new Balcon del Mar complex.



It has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances. The jewel of this flat is the tranquillity, the private terrace and the views. Furthermore, there is a luxurious communal swimming pool and a gym room.



Both bedrooms are facing the sea, the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning.

Great Location

Really great, very quite, great see-view. Well equipped. Little uphill with quite narrow road to get there.
