Holiday villa in Velez-Malaga, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This splendid two-storey, light-filled holiday villa provides a gorgeous setting to relax and make the most of some well-deserved holidays. Just by looking at the pictures, you will know that it will be hard to leave this villa once your holidays are over. Located only 1 km from the beach and 30 km east of Malaga, you will have all the comforts at hand, which you can enjoy together with seven people more.

The ground floor of the villa is exquisitely decorated with modern furniture and design details. The entrance hall leads to a lovely dining-living room featuring two comfortable sofas and an 8-place glass dining table. Near the living area, you will find a spectacular independent kitchen, which is fully equipped and with hi-tech electric appliances. This ensures you’ll prepare delicious meals to surprise your party. An independent toilet is also to be found on the ground floor of the villa.

The first floor welcomes three modern bedrooms with one double bed each. Two of them are provided with access to the splendid terrace, where you can relax in the sunshine and enjoy the staggering sea views. The master bedroom also features a lovely en-suite with a bathtub and a shower, and from this bedroom, you can access another room furnished with two single beds. Note that this is the only way to enter the latter. The first floor is also equipped with another bathroom featuring a fabulous whirlpool bathtub and two washbasins.

The three bedrooms of the first floor and the living area on the ground floor are provided with warm/cool air-con, which guarantees an optimal temperature throughout the year.

The indoor of the villa is completed by a 100 sq-mt basement where up to 4 cars can be parked.

Moving to the outdoors of the villa, you will be welcomed by a spacious area: the perfect spot to make the most of the warm sunshine and the fresh breeze that characterises this area of the Costa del Sol. A shaded area for “al fresco” dining is located right in front of the wide windows that separate the living area from the outdoors. On the right side of the villa, a fabulous private pool and a few poolside sun loungers and parasols let you cool yourself off and sunbathe as much as you want.

The access to the villa is made possible via a paved lane.

Wir hatten 5 wundervolle Wochen in der Villa. Moises, der Besitzer, ist sehr freundlich und immer für einen da. Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet und liegt mitten im Dorf Almayate. Ein schönes Dorf mit einem Supermarkt, einer Bäckerei, einem Metzger und einigen typisch spanischen Essens- und Getränkemöglichkeiten. Sie können Ihr Auto unter der Villa auf einem geschlossenen, großen Privatparkplatz parken, sehr angenehm! Von der Villa aus können Sie die Einrichtungen bequem erreichen. Wenn Sie ein wenig weitergehen, erreichen Sie den Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in einem echten spanischen Dorf genossen. Etwas weiter in Torre del Mar gibt es einen langen, angenehmen Boulevard und eine nette Einkaufsstraße. Donnerstags gibt es einen großen Markt. Hier gibt es auch mehrere große Supermärkte. Das Mercadona ist ziemlich neu und weniger als 5 Autominuten entfernt. Etwas weiter entfernt in Velez-Malaga gibt es ein schönes Indoor-Einkaufszentrum. Wir hatten im Januar/Februar tolles Wetter. Jeder Grund, wieder hierher zu kommen.

Diese Unterkunft war eine der besten, die wir je über Ruralidays oder jemand anderen gemietet haben. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Anwesen ist modern und in gutem Zustand, mit allem, was wir wollten, von sicher und geschützt (Tiefgarage) bis hin zu wunderschönen Ausblicken von den Terrassen und natürlich einem schönen, sauberen Pool und einer großen Terrasse. Das Dorf Almayate hat alles, was Sie brauchen, von Stränden (wir gingen zu Fuß) bis hin zu Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Es ist auch nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Tore del Mar, wo Sie größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehr Nachtleben finden. Das Dorf ist außerdem schön ruhig und eignet sich daher hervorragend zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgezeichnet, freundlich und ließen uns auch weiterhin einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen, antworteten aber schnell und hilfsbereit, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wirklich einer der besten Orte, die wir je gemietet haben.

Bilderna på hus och rum stämmer bra överens med verkligheten. Uteplats med matbord och pool var optimalt. Nära till ett bra supermarket ca 5 min promenad. Värdparet Moses och Cristina var väldigt trevliga, hjälpsamma och tillgängliga.
