Luxury 5 bedroomed air-conditioned villa on the Niza Beach development only 3 km from the popular Spanish holiday resort and wide sandy beach of Torre del Mar. The villa is split into 2 self contained units which can be rented individually or as a whole, (please note no other groups will be in occupation if you are only renting one unit). Both units are furnished to a very high standard providing everything you could wish for to have an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. Both units contain large TV’s with Satellite TV and UK channels. They both have fully equipped kitchens including dishwashers, washing machines, coffee makers etc. Outside the villa there is a private swimming pool set in landscaped gardens and a driveway to park a car, (additional cars can easily be parked on the road outside the villa).

The villa and the team that run the property are amazing. We ended up in a desperate position where we needed a villa within 24 hours. We booked and paid at 10pm on the Saturday night, and the property was ready for us on Sunday afternoon. Alex who looks after the property couldn’t do enough for us, and is an absolute treasure. The villa is actually 2 self contained apartments, upstairs and downstairs each with its own lounge and kitchen (and 4 bathrooms in total) so two family’s could stay here and have their own space. The location is amazing, sea views, peaceful, and only 35 minutes to Malaga airport. If there is one issue with the listing, it is that the photos do not do the place justice. Thank you so much for looking after us and letting us use the villa at such short notice. The experience here made our holiday really special!!!

UNA VERGÜENZA!!

Fue todo un desastre! Lo peor de todo la piscina. Cuando llegamos estaba muy sucia y pedimos que nos lo solucionaran varias veces a lo largo de la semana de estancia, pero no hicieron nada. No pudimos hacer uso de ella porque era agua verde estancada. Encima, la señora que nos recibió fue muy desagradable y maleducada cuando le hablamos sobre ello. La limpieza era inexistente (baños que olían a orina, cocinas llenas de grasa, telarañas por las esquinas de salón y habitaciones, exteriores sin cuidar, cacas de perro secas en el jardín, etc. ) Sábanas amarillentas, colchones que eran solo muelles que se clavaban por todo el cuerpo, un aire acondicionado que perdía agua y nos mojó toda la maleta. Ni siquiera dejan papel higiénico, ni servilletas, ni bayetas para el tiempo que nos alojamos. Pregunté si podían poner una cuna y me confirmaron que sí, pero al llegar no habían dejado nada más que un parque de bebés sin colchón, sin sabanas y sin montar... Gastamos casi 1500€ por este alojamiento y no cumple para nada lo que se espera. No poder usar la piscina estando con niños y no darnos tampoco otra solución nos ha estropeado por completo nuestra semana de vacaciones.

Review of the villa and the location

The villa was suitable for us, as a party of 11, the villa could do with some updating and a tidy up on the outside of the villa, surrounding the pool area, however as a family we had a great time. The reviews that I had previously read about the villa before we got there stated that a car was needed due to the location of the villa - this is true, we ended up having to get 3 taxi's every time we left the villa as there is nothing in walking distance, not even a local shop for essentials. However overall we all enjoyed staying in the villa.

Good villa

Just stayed at this villa and we had a really good holiday, it could do with a few things updated but apart from that it was lovely, car hire is definitely needed as no shops within walking distance, the beach is about a 15 min walk down the hill, the only thing we were disappointed in was we were told the big glass doors couldn't be opened downstairs due to safety issues but apart from that we had a lovley stay. Thanks luke

Hemos quedado muy contentos, buscábamos una zona tranquila para disfrutar en familia y era perfecto, la casa tal cual en la foto, tuvimos un problema con la piscina y nos lo arreglaron enseguida. y el pago en libras sin problema lo comenté con mi banco y pagué una pequeña cantidad por el cambio de divisas y todo muy bien. Great Villa in fab location

Lovely villa and has everything you need. Perfect location and lots to do in the local area. This is the 2nd time I have rented this villa and I feel it needs a little TLC as it's starting to look a bit tired in places, particularly the pool/sunbathing area and the bathrooms/showers. Great communication with manager and loveky welcome on arrival. Overall a very pleasant stay.

AMAZING! Really nice villa in a beautiful area

We stayed here eight girls for a hen party. Before we travelled, communication was easy and Luke was always happy to help with any questions we had. We arrived late at night, but Pat and Ron where there to greet us. The fridge was filled with essentials, which was a really nice touch. Next door neighbours were lovely and always happy to help. Torre was only 10mins in a taxi and only 10euros, really easy to book and friendly drivers. The villa was very clean and had everything you might need. Would highly recommend! We will be planning to return.

The place was very nice and clean. Nice place to stay for families. It's basically two apartments, we wished it would have had a shared kitchen and living space, but there are 2 separate kitchens and living spaces. Great place to stay, far enough outside bigger cities to be able to relax and very close to the beach. Owners/staff were easy to work with.

Lovely spacious villa with good size pool and outside area.

Excellent villa with really good facilities. We were greated by Pat and Ron on arrival, who had thoughtfully put some much needed provisions in the fridge, which we were so grateful of due to a late night arrival. We were a large party of 10 and found the outside space and pool a big bonus particularly in the evenings when we all sat around together to eat. As per previous reviewes car hire highly recommended due to limited bus services / distance to shops etc. Would definitely consider returning - a good holiday experience.

Had a lovely holiday in this lovely villa

This villa was nearly perfect for our family holiday, it has everything you need to be comfortable and we all had a great time. Pat and Ron were very nice and were kind enough to welcome us with some essentials in the fridge on arrival. Most rooms are air conditioned which was a big plus for me as it was very hot. Eric who lives next door was very friendly and very eager to offer any advice on the area if needed. There is a beautiful chiringuito(a beach bar) around a 10 minute walk away situated on the beach serving lovely local food and providing lots of entertainment. We did have a couple of little issues with the villa, ie the front door handle come off in my hand, en suite toilet lock was stuck locking me in from the inside, power tripped regularly, but they are really just petty issues. Overall it is very nice and would stay there again. A car is essential though as torre del mar town is a good 10 minute drive away. The villa is also situated on top of a very steep hill. There are supermarkets everywhere and the town itself is very busy with lots of restaurants and great shops. There's a great water park called aquavelis around a 15 minute drive up the road which is a fab day out too. I'd like to thank luke, pat and Ron for all their help in allowing us to have a very memorable family holiday in this special place and hope to visit again. Thanks again.

Agradable pero con alguna incidencia

Casa agradable para compartir con amigos, caben hasta 10 adultos. Nosotros tuvimos un problema con la piscina. Alquilamos la casa por 4 dias avisando desde el mes de mayo y cuando llegamos la piscina no estaba en condiciones y pese a que lo intentaron arreglar, ya no estuvo en condiciones por lo que no pudimos bañarnos ni un solo dia. Recomiendo avisar al propietario sobre esto en caso de que se quiera reservar. Es relativamente facil de llegar y esta bien equipada.

Great villa

Excellent apartment. We went with a group of friends and had the whole villa. It was very spacious and fully equipped for cooking etc... The pool was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers and dining space. The only downside is there are no shops within walking distance. However, we used a local taxi company which charged a flat rate of 10 euros into Torre del Mar, about a 10 min journey. You can walk to the beach, or get a taxi into town where there is more space with tennis courts, pedalos etc... The town has many restaurants, bars and night clubs. However, the clubs don't get going until about 1-2am and so they're only good if you're up until the early hours!! Would highly recommend this villa.

STUNNING VILLA

I stayed at this villa in June this year. There was 12 in my party, 5 couples and 2 children and the villa was more than perfect for the group. The Villa is outstanding and kept in excellent condition. It looked like new! All the rooms were spacious and clean. The living area was perfect for all of us and the added bonus of english sky television meant we could watch all of the euro matches. The weather was fantastic and we spent most evenings outside having a BBQ . I would probably say a car is essential as its quite far to anything but don't let that put you off. I cannot speak more highly of the villa, and the surroundings and weather just topped it all off. I will most definitely be staying at this villa again.

fantastic holiday villa

we have just returned from this villa where my family and i celebrated my 50th birthday. The villa had everything to cater for a wonderful party and the local supermarket had great food that was really cheap,(and booze)!!. The villa was spotless, and we where met by a wonderful couple that showed us around the villa on arrival. the neighbours are friendly to. we would definately recommend this villa for a great family holiday. we are hoping to return again next year. thankyou luke and kay.
