Amazing property! Amazing vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 with two college age kids. All the amenities of home and the proximity to the pool and beach were perfect. Max 15 minute walk to a bunch of restaurants, shops, and bars. Somerset staff was attentive and extremely friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend

Great vacation!

Condo was clean, beautiful and convenient. Owner and property manager were responsive and efficient. The Somerset Resort is a gorgeous property and convenient to stores and restaurants. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again!

Grace Bay Stay

The rental was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and everything you need. The staff at the Somerset are incredibly friendly and helpful with every request we had. Everything is very clean and well kept. Beach is a very short walk and is stunning.

Wonderful Vacation

Very nice spot on Grace Bay with plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance. Very friendly staff at resort. Great place as accurately described. Host was very available and friendly. My wife and I are already thinking about coming back in the future.

Great stay

Had some issues with Wifi and they were immediately fixed. The beach and pool were beautiful. There was no race to get chairs and there was kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and small sailboats available for use. It is on a beautiful beach!

Fantastic property on Grace Bay

We spent Thanksgiving week in this luxurious condo, one of the nicest properties we have ever rented. The hosts, Mark and Kiki were wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. They gave us great tips for dining and activities in advance of our stay and upon request. The condo is pristine with modern appliances, located in The Somerset, a boutique resort, not overcrowded and with friendly staff. While we spent most days on the beach, there was ample room at the pool as well. We look forward to our next trip back!

Whenever my family and I are in Provo we will be requested to stay here. Mark and Kiki rolled out the red carpet. The living quarters were clean, easily accessible and within steps from the ocean.

Excellent Location, Really Nice Condo

Everything was better then I expected. Condo was really comfortable and nice, same as the photos. We had everything we needed, we used bikes and would cruise around every morning. Communication with the owner was great, he gave us tips on snorkeling and sailing. On our sailing trip with Sail Beluga we saw Jojo and my kids went crazy. We certainly plan to return. Great place !

This Condo was great and was just as described!

Very clean and just like the pictures. Unfortunately, The Somerset did not have an onsite restaurant open past 6pm but luckily we had a well stocked, beautiful kitchen in the Condo! The Somerset is a superior location on Grace Bay Beach which continues to be stunning!! We would definitely return to this Condo for another visit. Thank You.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful stay. The property, location, staff, all were great! The unit is in a great location and convenient to everything at the resort as well as the "Grace Bay" downtown area. The property is unique in that it's not a resort, it's not a time share, it's the best of both. It was very quiet and the staff on site were very friendly. The unit is perfect for a family of 4 with the downstairs bedroom for our two young teens and the upstairs master for us. There is beach and pool side service with lounges and towels provided. The property also offers a gym and spa. Would definitely recommend this villa and property.

True Paradise!!! Wonderful experience!!! Ocean Breeze is exquisitely decorated and well equipped!

The owners and property manager went out of their way to make sure our last minute rental was perfect. The residence is part of the stunning Sommerset Resort so you will experience the finest amenities. The location is perfectly located on Grace Bay within walking distance to several restaurants or short bike or car ride to additional shopping and dining. Ocean Breeze has a lovely garden view and is a very short and lovely walk through the perfectly manicured grounds to the absolutely stunning pools and ocean. Our family of 4 (2 adults plus 2 teens) felt very safe and comfortable and will most definitely be repeat customers! Highly recommend!!!!!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! The property was clean, perfectly located, stocked with everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation, AND has the best property managers. I have already recommended this property to many friends. Mark and Kiki were incredibly responsive and patient with all of my questions. Because they live on the island, they were able to recommend the best locations for food, grocery store, etc. Turks is truly paradise, but staying in this property takes all the guess work out of making sure you can truly relax in paradise. Thank you, Mark and Kiki, for your hospitality.

5 star condo at the gorgeous Somerset resort!

Our family loved staying at the gorgeous Somerset resort and this condo is so sleek and up to date, clean, quiet, comfortable and has all the amenities for a perfect stay in Turks and Caicos. We enjoyed sitting on the lovely porch that overlooked a picturesque courtyard for our breakfasts and lunches, and the pool and beach are absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed having an onsite gym for morning workouts. We used the bikes to ride into town to eat at a bakery one day which was fun. All the staff working at the Somerset are helpful, happy and nice. The chairs around the pool are super comfortable with the nice padding and the flowers and grounds all around the Somerset are spectacular. Perfection! 5 stars stay!

Grace Bay Somerset Condo

From start to finish this experience exceeded my expectations. My friend and I took our boys on a spring break vacation as a much needed treat. Mark and Kiki answered our questions before and during the trip. We had a fabulous concierge and cleaning service. The resort staff knew us by name and recommended several excursions for us. We took the boys parasailing and snorkeling and relaxed by the fabulous pool. Honestly- there is not one thing I would change about the entire adventure. Two moms and two teenagers left feeling refreshed and pleased with themselves for choosing this VRBO home. Thanks so much! Best Vacation Ever! .

Fabulous vacation and accommodations!

My husband and I cannot say enough about our stay! The suite was luxurious and the service was top notch! Our flights got cancelled due to weather so we had to rebook them to leave on the following day. Mark was so very kind to allow us to push our trip out by a day with no change fee so not to lose any days of our much needed vacation. Charlene was super helpful and went above and beyond responding to any question or request we had. We traveled with our baby and they had a pack & play set up along with a high chair. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We most definitely plan to return and hopefully book through Mark and Kiki again! We’ve already recommended this place to all of our friends.

Perfect Location

This condo sits on Grace Bay and is in easy walking distance to the village and several excellent restaurants. The resort where the condo is located is beautiful and right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The staff at the pool, beach and restaurants treat you like a V.I.P. Although this condo does not have a beach view, the garden area is lovely and the beach is a short walk through the resort passageway. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items and beach “toys” for your use. The owners are very responsive-actually the best we’ve ever experienced! The concierge service will do grocery shopping for you (for a small fee), book excursions and restaurant reservations if you are interested. We will definitely return to Provo and this beautiful place!

Beautiful unit and wonderful resort

We just returned from the most amazing week at The Somerset. I’ll start by saying this was our first experience using VRBO. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this vacation far exceeded our expectations! Mark and Kiki were wonderful to deal with prior to arriving answering all our questions and were helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities etc. Once we arrived they were so accommodating even stocked up our unit with Milk for the baby and beach toys for the kids. The unit is beautiful everything brand new, fast WiFi, and just lovely exactly how it is pictured online. The Somerset resort was amazing too. The staff were so family friendly and I think everyone knew our kids age (4 and 20months) by name after the first day. It’s a small resort that never felt crowded. The pool was almost always empty and the kids loved the zero entry feature so they could walk in and play. The beach is on grace bay which speaks for itself as one of the best in the world and again never felt crowded. If you are looking for a top notch vacation I highly recommend booking with Mark and KiKi. We will definitely be returning!!
