We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. When you raised concerns about early morning noise, we responded immediately by contacting the construction manager, who addressed the issue after the first morning. In addition, we proactively refunded one night of your stay to compensate for the inconvenience. We also offered you the option of a full refund should you have preferred to leave early (which we extended to you beyond our cancellation policy), as your comfort is important to us. As you chose to continue your stay, we remained available and responsive throughout to support your experience. Regarding the view, we make every effort to present our property accurately. Our listing includes current photos taken from the balcony, clearly showing the ocean view as well as the neighboring Andaz property. In addition, the inside photos are current so guests can see what each room looks like. We strive to ensure guests have a clear and up-to-date understanding of what to expect prior to arrival. We believe these steps reflect our commitment to going above and beyond to address concerns in real time. That said, we regret that your overall impression was not more positive and appreciate you sharing your perspective. We will continue to do everything we can to ensure future guests enjoy it!

Keith, Thank you for comments! We love the location as well and Grace Bay Beach, which is rated in the top 2 beaches in the world. The snorkeling reef is a big bonus as well for people that like to snorkel. You can watch on the beach for hours and the white sand and turquoise water is so bright, you cannot explain the beauty.
