Welcome to this great villa for 8 people, with private pool on the outskirts of Alcúdia.
Surrounded by pure nature and greenery, the exterior area of this house invites to rest. You can recharge your body and mind every morning with a delicious breakfast and then spend the morning basking in the sun on the 8 sun loungers and swimming in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.9 to 1.9 metres. Then, the porch becomes the perfect place to enjoy a succulent barbecue. You will also find a bathroom with a shower outside. The property is fenced and there is total privacy.

The two-storey house meets you in a rustic dining area. Then, you find the kitchen that features a ceramic hob, all needed utensils to cook and exit to the outside. You also find a bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms with twin beds. The stairs feature baby safety barriers. On the first floor, you have the living room -where you can watch the TV (satellite channels and Smart TV) or listen to some music-, another bathroom with a tub and two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. There is a closet in each bedroom as well as an AC unit. Finally, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, 2 fans, a baby cot and a high-chair complete the equipment.

The location of this house is perfect if you love the countryside, the nature, the peace and the sea at the same time, since this is located just 6 km from the town of Alcudia and 6 km from Puerto de Alcudia. The coastal area offers all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. Alcanada, about 10.2 km away, boasts one of the best golf courses in the island.

We were 8 guys. We spent a very nice week here. We had everything to fell good. I recommend this house to who would like to relax and be quiet in a beautiful space. The piscine is amazing and they give us also some sun umbrella for the beach. If we came back to Palma we would rebook this house certainly

Very bad experience in this house / Mauvaise expérience !!

First, this house is managed by Homerti agency. So the concept of "Premium host" does not apply because they indeed respond quickly to emails but just to say that they will ask the owners. They don't come, process or fix anything (only payments). Used to rent houses every summer for holidays, this was our worst experience. Regarding the house, it is correct but overall it remains a rental that is far too expensive for the level of services offered. 1/ Very noisy because located along a busy road(Alcudia-Pollenca). Dangerous to drive off the property. 2/ Poorly equipped overall and poorly maintained because dedicated to rental (taps to be changed, broken shower hose, clogged dishwasher, clogged kitchen sink), lights to be repaired, canteen and very insufficient dishes, used plastic deckchairs) 3/ Exteriors are nice but small (very flattering photos): 1 Lawn, 1 terrace and the swimming pool. Terrace in full sun ( in August) until 11am, impossible to move the table so breakfast inside!! 4/ Swimming pool with filter problems, the water was yellow, he put lot of bleach every day to clear it up. 5/ No reception on arrival, no directions and the cleaning ladies who arrive to clean at 7.50 am the morning of departure, while check out is at 10 am. We asked for compensation to the owners for the unusable swimming pool 3 days out of 6 and the general state of the house : No answer. Fortunately, we continue our vacation near Bunyola in a wonderful house!! Just as usual in Mallorca !

Tolle Finca in guter Lage im sauberen, gepflegten Zustand mit schönem Garten und Pool

Sehr schöne mediterrane Finca! gute Aufteilung der Zimmer und Bäder! Das Haus hat eine gute Größe und einen schönen gepflegten Garten und großen sauberen Pool! Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage ist optimal. In ca. 10 min ist man direkt in Alcúdia und am Strand! Die Abwicklung war einfach und freundlich. Unsere Familie ha sich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir können die Finca nur empfehlen.

Wir waren mit 7 Freunden in der Finca. Es hat alles gepasst. Tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, sauber! Gepflegter Rasen und ein toller Pool. Wir können die Finca nur empfehlen. Eine Katze mit ihrem Baby hat sich die Finca als Futterstelle ausgesucht. Die Katze ist total verschmust und lieb und hat uns in keiner Weise gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. No gustó · Uns wurde ein Handtuchwechsel in der Mitte der Woche angekündigt. Dieser ist leider nicht erfolgt.

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung und guten ruhigen Lage, zum Familienurlaub empf

Grundsätzlich hat uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Ruhe und die gute Lage. Wir brauchten 4 Schlafzimmer als 8-köpfige Familie (4 Paare). 3 Bäder sind vorhanden! Zum Kochen hat die Küche eine gute Ausstattung, auch ein Grillabend ist möglich. Auf die Terrasse grüßt die Sonne bereits in den Morgenstunden… Der Swimmingpool hat Spaß gemacht, das Tischtennis und das Schachspiel haben uns eine Freude gemacht. Pedro kümmert sich um das Haus und um die Gäste, uns gegenüber war er sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (Kommunikation auf Spanisch!) No gustó · Zwei Schlafzimmer haben 2 Einzebetten, was an sich kein Problem ist. Für kalte Nächte wären ein paar Wolldecken sinnvoll, allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer mit elektrischen Heizungskörpern ausgestattet!

Very accommodating host and a large secure home with great pool

Large house Good air-con especially in super hot weather Decent size pool Pretty grounds and plants/flowers Big fridge and good kitchen appliances Comfortable beds Excellent ground floor patio shower room - great for when using the pool Friendly and accommodating host Pedro. Very secure and quiet- perfect for families with children. Ample parking space. Central location half way between two main resorts of Alcudia and Pollenca Bug free home! Super, given the Mallorcan flora! No gustó · Initially there was a slight disappointment that the villa is not as fresh/modern as the photos portrayed prior to booking - particularly the pool grass and pavement area which is more cleanly maintained/refined in the photos than actual (the lawns and plants are not maintained especially around the pool as per the images, and the umbrellas and sun beds are not as depicted (2 cheap store umbrellas and not canvas as shown). Photos make the villa look bigger than actual overall but still lots of space! The kitchen area has many good appliances but the units and worktop need upgraded - as this looked tired and caused an unusual odour that we had to daily contend with with disinfectant and washing.
