The house offers a living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms spread over 2 floors, accommodating up to 6 guests. You will also find Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, 3 cots and 3 high chairs available on request, as well as parking for up to 8 cars on the property.



Relax on the spacious 80 m² covered terrace with dining table, barbecue, and sun loungers. In front of the terrace, 150 m² of lawn invite children to play, next to the well-kept garden. This idyllic house invites you to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Alcúdia’s historic centre is just a 5-minute drive away, where you can enjoy restaurants and shops. The bay of Puerto de Alcúdia, with its fine sandy beaches, is only 10 minutes away by car.

We had a great stay at Pedro's villa and will come back for sure..

Pros: The house is perfectly located, close to Alcúdia and at the same time in a quiet area. We felt at home from the second. Pedro is a great host. He was there whenever we needed anything and provided us with fresh eggs, herbs and fruits from the graden.

Very nice family time in calm area of Alcudia

Pros: We felt very comfortable during our stay in this nice location. Pedro gave us a lot of information about the area and where to go and what to do. He also provided a lot of eggs from the chickens living in the garden. They were very tasty. Everything was according to the description and the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the property especially when you have children. The garden is very big and there is enough space to play and also some beach toys were available. We will come back. :-)

Everything over the expectations

Pros: The Host was incredibly kind, provided us with everything we requested and more. The house had literally everything one could need. Even a drier, 3 coffee machines, a Toaster, dishwasher, AC in every bedroom and in the living room and much more Cons: Only that an additional price for electricity had to be paid and no one gave us notice of this in advance

Casa eccezionale situata ad Alcúdia, perfetta per ogni esigenza!

Pros: Casa sorprendente nella cittadina di Alcudia, situata in una posizione strategica per muoversi all’interno dell’isola tramite auto. Vi abbiamo soggiornato in un gruppo di 5 amici e la casa ha soddisfatto e sorpreso ognuno di noi, dal momento che ha finito per superare le nostre aspettative. Dal vivo è persino più bella che in foto, molto spaziosa e accogliente, dotata di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, una cucina perfettamente attrezzata, un salotto e persino una lavanderia. Per non dimenticare il portico e l’ampio e curato giardino che ci hanno fatto da sfondo in colazioni e cene in un ambiente davvero rilassante. Tutto davvero fantastico, a partire dall’host Pedro, che ci ha accolti con estremo entusiasmo ed ospitalità, offrendoci uova provenienti direttamente dalle galline del giardino e lasciandoci anche qualche birra! Senza dubbio un alloggio consigliatissimo se si pensa di optare per Mallorca come prossima meta! Cons: Premesso che è stato tutto pressoché perfetto, ci sono state giusto un paio di cose che forse si potrebbero migliorare. Purtroppo in cucina, pur stando attenti e chiudendo le finestre, entrano le formiche, che hanno finito per entrare in diversi cibi, il che è stato un pochino spiacevole. Seconda ed ultima pecca, poi, è data dal fatto che nel bagno del piano inferiore l’acqua calda quasi non scende o comunque non scende con un getto abbastanza forte. Nel bagno superiore, invece, tutto perfetto!

Prachtig huis op een fijne locatie

Pros: Het huis was echt heerlijk te noemen! Alleen voor het uitzicht en de rust zou je het al moeten doen. Het huis was zeer schoon en de aardige gastheer deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Ook de kippen waren een ware attractie voor de kinderen. Ze genoten er volop van. Perfecte locatie! Cons: Enige puntje wat we kunnen bedenken is dat het buiten meubilair wel een beetje aan vervanging toe is maar ondanks dat hebben we volop genoten!

Die Finca liegt nur wenige Minuten zur Altstadt entfernt.

Pros: Wir (5 Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder) waren rundum zufrieden. Der Hausbesitzer Pedro war bei unserer Ankunft an der Finca sofort zur Stelle und wurden herzlich empfangen. Nützliche Informationen rund um Alcudia bzw. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants o.ä. erleichterten den Aufenthalt. Pedro sorgte zudem für reichlich Frühstückseier durch die dort freilaufenden Hühner. Die Finca war sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Es gab keine Beanstandungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine und Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern. Babybett und Hochstuhl waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Pedro ist super nett und die Kommunikation aller Details war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Vom Haus aus kann man auch zu Fuß nach Alcudia laufen (ca 20 Minuten), das fanden wir ebenfalls super. Insgesamt also eine Empfehlung an alle die eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit haben möchten - wir haben praktisch auf der schönen Terrasse gewohnt.
