Beautiful apartment located on two levels of 100 square meters, in the center of Ferrara.

It comfortably accommodates six people, with three bedrooms.

Complete with all services such as free wifi and split air conditioning in the kitchen and in the two double bedrooms.

The location of the house is within the limited traffic zone (ztl) and the most convenient free parking is in via Carlo Mayer or in via XX Settembre.



The interiors are divided into:



LIVING AREA. Equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave, toaster and various utensils.

Living room with television.



BEDROOMS. Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds.



TWO BATHROOMS. Both complete with shower, bidet and sink.



OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Free Wifi, iron, hair dryer and clothesline.

According to Italian Law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

The apartment is classified according to the municipality of Ferrara as 4-sun self-catering house/flat so the city tax is 2.00 euros per night, per person.

To get from the Bologna Marconi airport, it takes 45 minutes by car.

By public transport you need to take the train n. 11 to the Kennedy stop; journey time 40 minutes.

From the Ferrara central station, instead, take bus n.6 to the Alfonso d'Este Museo Di Spina stop, a 20-minute journey.

10 minutes by car.
