Casa Victoria Alozaina by Ruralidays

Holiday home located in Alozaina, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This spacious, two-storey holiday villa is provided with all the comforts to let you enjoy a lovely stay with your beloved ones. The ground floor features a cosy living area, equipped with a sofa and a useful dining area, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. An independent toilet completes the facilities of this floor. On the first floor, which is accessible via a staircase located in front of the entrance door, you will find the four bedrooms of the villa, where up to 8 people can make the most of their well-deserved holidays. Two bedrooms feature one double bed each, while the other two are furnished with two single beds each. An extra single bed is available on request. On this floor, you will also be provided with a full bathroom. All the rooms are accessible from the first floor’s coquettish hall.

The whole house is provided with warm/cool air-con, thanks to the two machines located on both floors.

The lovely outdoor patio features all the comforts you will need to enjoy the good weather conditions that characterise Andalucia. The covered porch is provided with a dining area for “al fresco” dinners and lunches; next to it, a lovely pergola ensures you’ll delight yourself with the splendid panoramic views over the mountains. The rest of the patio is equipped with four sun loungers and a BBQ near the fabulous private pool.

The access to the villa is possible via a 550 mt-long paved lane.

Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer au calme en pleine nature.

Si vous chercher un lieu calme, ou vous déconnecter et vous ressoucer : c 'est le bon endroit . Le cadre est à couper le souffle : vue sur la Sierra, les montagnes, la rivière et les cascades de Jorox pas loin pour de belles randonnées, les oliviers, orangers, le bruit de la fontaine de la terrasse,......la nature dans toute sa splendeur. La maison est spacieuse et oké, il n 'y a aucun vis à vis ( intimité à 100%). La cuisine : 2 combi frigo-congélo est une bonne idée vue que les magasins sont éloignés. Au niveau vaiselles et grandes casseroles : c 'est très basique et veillot , c'était juste vu que nous étions que 5 personnes . La climatisation aux 2 étages est très appréciables vu la météo en Andalousie en juillet. Le wi-fi est super , on est connecté dans la seconde et sans coupure. La piscine est grande et profonde et est super bien entretenu par Antonio qui passe très tôt le matin pour cela. Il est facilement joignable et vient dés qu 'il le faut. Nous le remercions pour ces bons plans produits du terroir : huile, olives et miel. Seul conseil : prévoir une bonne voiture et ne pas avoir peur des pistes de montagnes sinueuses et nivellés ! on retournera avec plasir :-)

Der Zugang zum Haus mit GPS ist nicht einfach, bitte rufen Sie zuerst den Gastgeber an. Das +: der Tapetenwechsel, die Obstbäume, die Ruhe. Die -: 1 Stunde von der Küste entfernt. PS: die Straßen sind kurvig

Idealer Ort zum Entspannen, es ist ruhig und die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Die Klimaanlage und der Pool sind die wesentlichen Elemente, der Rest ist zweitrangig. Antonio der Besitzer ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist etwas schwierig. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Además, se disfruta del silencio. 2.- Una casa rural bien equipada con todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar en cualquier momento, se valora mucho el wifi y el aire acondicionado. Todo nos ha facilitado una experiencia única que buscábamos, diferente al típico sol y playa. 3.- Lo mejor, un propietario excepcional. Antonio, nos hemos sentido como si fuera nuestra casa. Por toda la confianza, por tu cercanía,... gracias por todo. Un placer haberte conocido. Esperamos volver todos de nuevo a la casa, pero el próximo año en 4x4.

Nous avions reservé l'ete dernier en bord de mer. Cette année nous voulions un cadre plus rural et nous n'avons pas eté decu. Le cadre est magnifique au coeur des oliviers,orangers et amandiers, le jasmin et les raisins poussent au sein même de la maison. C'est trés calme et sans aucun vis a vis. La maison est grande trés propre avec tout se qu'il faut. la piscine est agréable. j'en profite pour remercier encore une fois le proprietaire Mr Antonio qui est d'une gentillesse incroyable.Il a été au petit soin avec nous du début a la fin. Le seul point negatif c'est l'accés a la maison qui n'est pas trés simple mais aprés quelque jours on s'y habitue.

Eine wirklich gut angelegte Villa mit allem, was wir für die Selbstversorgung brauchten, superschnelles WLAN und 4g wenn Sie mit EE! Das AC ist das beste, das wir je hatten. Der Pool hatte genau die richtige Größe und war sehr erfrischend, viele schattige Plätze, um draußen in der Sonne zu sitzen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend in einer abgelegenen Lage mit Blick auf die Berge, aber nur 5 Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt.

Jedes Mal wurde gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Straße zum Haus ist aufregend. Stil und schmal. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit
