Amazing Location!

This condo was perfect! The location and views made the vacation very enjoyable and exactly the relaxing atmosphere we needed. 5 minute walk to food and shops. We could got get over the amazing view from the balcony!!

It worked.

Unit sufficed, few items could have been better for sure but for my purposes it worked. (Hot plate would have been useful to eat in, the safe would have been nice to be able to use, ear plugs were definitely useful thank you for providing. I left some bug spray behind for the next guests). The area/location was a 10 for me, I could walk everywhere I needed to go and felt 100% safe including the accommodations security/gates etc. Views from the balcony was also a 10/10. Spent a lot of time ppl watching of the boats coming and going all week long.

Excellent Location

No wifi as of yet. Front and balcony doors still broken as of our last stay. They do lock but gives a lack of maintenance and security impression. If you like to cook there are several pots and pans but no hot plate to use them. Only a micowave and toaster oven. Has kitchen utensils, plates (some non-microwaveable), coffee maker, blenders, big fridge, toaster etc. Can get noisy at night from surounding clubs/restaurants. Overall - great marina location and had an enjoyable stay.

Great Location

Great view and location.The property is dated and in need of some upgrades. Chairs, refrigerator, toilet, linens and wifi. Noise from night clubs was not an issue. Non -working elevator an issue for those with mobility issues.

Great location and perfect size

If you’re looking to be in the middle of the marina area, where everything ins happening, you can’t go wrong at this small apartment with everything you need. It can be a little noisy from the clubs across the water, but that’s easily solved with a white noise machine or the ear plugs they provide.

Cozy Marina Nest

This well-decorated efficiency has the basics of everything you need to spend most of your time at all the excellent restaurants, boating adventures and beach. The balcony chairs provide an excellent view of all marina comings and goings including the seals and pelicans, and beautiful night lights. We loved staying there! One suggestion: Load a sound machine phone app to muffle the weekend nightclub sounds reverberating on the water from the opposite far corner of the marina.

Excellent location!

We stayed at Suzie’s condo for 6 days and 5 nights. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Beautiful view of the marina & super close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Perfect place for just the two of us.

Best in town location on the Marina.

Excellent bed . Be aware that because it is in the center of "the action" it can be noisy at night.

Best place in Cabo

I stayed at Suzies condo for over 2 weeks and it was fantastic! She is a great person to work with and very accommodating! The location on the marina can't be beat. I am looking forward to my next stay at this perfect condo!! Thanks, Suzie!!

Great view

Grate location and harbour view. Everything supplied that you need during your stay. But the bars clubs and restaurants are loud with music from dusk till dawn in the marina and surrounds. Overall , great place for people and boat traffic watching

What is advertised is what you get, perfect advertisement!!!

Views were perfect as was the location. I was able to walk everywhere. Suzie the owner was always available and helped out with anything we needed. I would stay again and again.

Good choice!

Everything is nearby and the view is great. A nice surprise is that Cabo recently connected the marina boardwalk to the beach so a few minutes walk takes you to the southern, quieter end of Medano beach. You get marina AND beach. I recommend this place. My only advice is to bring ear plugs because the marina can be noisy.
