We are New on Vrbo, but we have been hosting for over 6 years already and are Super Host! ;) with more than 120 reviews of Happy guests.
We would like to Introduce as your Home away from Home!
Baja Sur Beach is a 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom fully equipped condo located only 300yards away ( 5 minutes walk) from MEDANO BEACH, close to downtown, nearby Walmart and Costco for a great stay to enjoy with FRIENDS & FAMILY!

Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and Sunsets over looking the famous Arch you could spot from our Rooftop area with pool few whales visiting Los Cabos in the months of November to February.
Beautiful ocean and mountain view from our Rooftop swimming pool.

Our host Renato was extremely helpful, pleasant, a great resource and promptly responded to any questions we had. He also went out of his way to give us a ride to a grocery store and to downtown. His wife Anabel was very pleasant also.The apartment was as described on VRBO. Stayed a month from Jan 16-Feb 15/2026 on the 4th floor. The building felt very secure and the security guards were very helpful.The common areas of the building were very clean including the pool bathrooms and hallways.The view from the rooftop was spectacular with the ocean and sunsets. Take binoculars and you may be able to spot whales closer up in the ocean. There were lots of shaded and sunny areas to sit and lounge on the rooftop along with the pool.The short walk to the beach through the Riu resort was very convenient.It was very easy to get Uber drivers to pick us up across from the Riu resort.There was some construction work above us after 10pm.Overall, it was a wonderful stay.Don, Tammy and Anne

Lovely Home

Amazing host and co-host communication. Kind security guards. Clean beautiful home. Great water pressure/heat. Pool area was beautiful. Quiet area. Just know that the public beach access is limited to 9am to 6pm

Cabo condo close to beach

The condo was in a safe and peaceful building. The unit was clean, with beach decor and everything we needed. Our host was a pleasure and quick to respond to any needs. A comfortable and lovely walk to the beach. Rooftop had beautiful views and pool with lots of shade. A wonderful experience overall. We would definitely go back again.

Four weeks in Cabo San Lucas

Property was as described. Clean. Secure. The security guard was absolutely charming and oh so friendly. Property was well supplied with cleaning products and bathroom supplies. We were a bit short on some kitchen supplies but the host immediately addressed the issue and we had everything we needed for a month stay.We had a 360 degree view from the rooftop area.The host and co-host were most accommodating.

BajaSur Beach is ~2 mi out of Cabo center and among several apt buildings across from Rui, an all-inclusive resort. The building and VR are safe (with 24/7 security), clean, quiet, and well-stocked. Parking spot is well marked and free. Most apt were occupied by vacationers. But all were in good behaviour. We tried the roof-top pool among 7PM ~Dec. 20. The wind is bit chilly, so was the water. we did not swim. Instead we enjoyed the great view 360. When we arrived WIFI was broken. Our TMobil essential package is horrible. msg could be received, but hard to send. Phone did work. We, as well as our hosts Ana/Renato, resolved these early difficulty and confusion. WIFI was fixed the next day. It was quite difficult the first day. But the effort by the hosts is regarded, and everything went smoothly afterwards. Thinks happen The road among the area is in need of repair, so are many other areas just outside of town centre. The locals seem building great apt but lousy roads, esp those for sharing. It could get muddy when it rains, and dusty when sun shines.
