Good location

Appartement was clear and clean inside, outside not well maintained. Close to the beach...beaches noisy and very busy

Nice Location

This property is nicely located steps from the main square with restaurants and access to the beach. Located in a residential area. The apartment had all the minimum cutlery/cooking utensils to make simple meals It would have been nice to get a tiny welcome package of salt/pepper/tiny touch of oil rather than having to buy everything. Drainage in one of the showers was poor so you were wading in a deep swamp water by the time you were done Overall acceptable.

Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing due to a number of unresolved issues.Upon arrival, several basic and advertised amenities were either missing or not functioning. The WiFi did not work at all despite following all instructions. We were only provided four sets of towels for six guests, and there were no linens or pillows for the pull-out couch. We contacted the host about this, received a response only after sending a detailed complaint, and although we were told linens would be brought, they never arrived.There were also multiple maintenance problems throughout the property. The washing machine did not work, and hot water was unavailable in one of the bathrooms. In addition, the main bedroom door was damaged and extremely loud, which was disruptive.Cleanliness was another concern. The bunk bed room had visible issues, including dead bugs and cobwebs, and did not feel properly prepared for guests.The check-in experience was also frustrating. The welcome agent appeared unfamiliar with the property, was unable to answer basic questions, and did not have a charged phone to help clarify issues or contact anyone for support.Communication was poor overall. Initial messages went unanswered, and even after the host responded, none of the issues were actually resolved during our stay.Given the number of problems and the lack of follow-through, this property did not meet expectations. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless these issues are addressed.

Our technical staff has inspected the laundry appliance and resolved the hot water issue in the bathroom.
