Holiday Home near Sevilla with Pool

This comfortable holiday home with private swimming pool is located in the municipality of Valencina de la Concepción, a typical Spanish village with lots of tapas bars. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace. The cultural and gastronomic city of Sevilla is only 6 km away. Sevilla's large historical centre has some famous sights, including the cathedral of Sevilla, the Réal Alcazar and the Plaza de España - there's plenty to see! During the summer months, the city has a vibrant nightlife. The city of Córdoba, around 120 km from Sevilla, has many historical buildings too. Other interesting towns nearby include Jerez de la Frontera (known for its sherry) en Granada (known for the Alhambra). At 80 km distance, you'll find the largest nature reserve in Spain, the Parque Doñana, with the El Rocio and the Matalascañas beach on the Atlantic Ocean. The cities generally get very hot during summer, but the evenings are great for sitting out until the wee hours. The weather is very pleasant in spring and autumn, and even the winters don't get very cold. The accommodation enjoys a unique setting, surrounded by a varied landscape and a number of different mountain ranges. All in all, a very interesting and unforgettable holiday destination! We had a fantastic time here. The villa is very spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need for a stay. Pool was lovely too. The area is very nice and peaceful and yet you are only 15 mins drive from Seville so its a great base to explore this region of Spain if you have a car. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

Booked this property late, but once we arrived immediately felt at home. Great communication from the owner, and Alberto is just round the corner to fix any problems. Some lovely bars and restaurants in the town, plus very regular (and very cheap) bus service into nearby beautiful Seville. The house is well furnished and kitchen has everything you need. Highlight is having the private pool in the back garden for chilling out from the heat. Highly recommended for an escape to bustling Seville, but with the peace and tranquility being not too far away.

Great Property

Our stay in the small town of Valencina was perfect. The house had all the amenities we needed (3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, aircon in the downstairs and in the master bedroom, a really nice pool). It was provisioned very well. The house was as clean as a whistle, and had a great floor plan. It was a 16 EUR Uber ride into Sevilla, and taxi drivers from the city had no problem to bring us home at the end of each day. The owner and local manager of the property were very prompt in all communications, and accomodated some special needs I had, which I apprciate very much. We highly recommend this property for a family who would like a pool and have the quiet of being outside Sevilla. By the way, supermarkets and restaurants (also pharmacy, fish market, etc.) were within easy walking distance.

Lovely villa near Seville

Had a great stay in this lovely quiet villa in authentic Spanish village near Saville. Well equipped , clean and very near to some nice places to eat ( meson Navarro and also savarro lovely ) and a supermarket within walking distance . Local bus to get to Seville just round the corner but we got Ubers as was a heatwave when we stayed in June !! We certainly appreciated the swimming pool . Alberto ( who looked after the villa and lived next door ) was very accommodating when we were late arriving and checked in on us now and then. The only thing to note was that there are only 2 sun beds provided and the second bedroom is probably only suitable for smaller children as beds were quite squeaky ! Other than that a wonderful stay and definitely recommend if you want to combine a relaxing poolside holiday with some great sightseeing nearby .

La casa está bien, el plato de ducha es muy dudoso, es negro y no se ve si tiene suciedad o no, las toallas de ducha son pequeñas, el agua caliente para ducharse cuatro personas hay que controlarla porque el último se puede quedar sin agua caliente. Las camas bien, y la casa en general bien. Lo único que siento es que me siento estafada, inicialmente ponían un precio en VRBO, pregunté por el mismo y luego me lo doblaron casi de precio, una vez reservada la casa en Vrbo (supuestamente con todo incluido), me llevo la sorpresa de que Bellvilla (intermediario entre VRBO y el propietario) de que me piden 150 más por temas de limpieza, consultando con unos y con otros me dicen que es opcional, mentira, me obligan a pagar 130 (limpiando yo la casa) o 150 con limpieza incluida porque si no pago no me completan la reserva en Bellvilla y no me pueden pasar los datos de acceso a la vivienda. Surrealista verdad?. Una pena, porque la casa tiene posibilidades.

Das Haus ist an sich ganz okay, aber ich fühle mich abgezockt. Zuerst sehe ich einen Preis auf der VRBO-Plattform, und am nächsten Tag hat er sich fast verdoppelt. Dann, nach der Buchung, soll ich plötzlich 150 € extra für die Reinigung zahlen?! Und wenn man selbst putzt, kommen noch mal 130 € dazu, denn sonst bekommt man keine Zugangsinformationen – eine Frechheit! Bei einer Buchung über eine Plattform sollte doch alles inklusive sein, wie bei Airbnb und ähnlichen Seiten. Die Dusche ist in Ordnung, aber der Boden sah schmutzig aus (er ist schwarz); man kann nicht erkennen, ob er sauber ist oder nicht. Die Badetücher sind winzig. Die Betten sind okay, und der Rest ist auch in Ordnung. Man muss sparsam mit dem Warmwasser umgehen, wenn vier Personen duschen wollen; sonst geht dem Letzten das Wasser aus. Schade, dass sie so etwas machen, wo das Haus doch so viel Verbesserungspotenzial hat.

Het huis en zeker buiten is prachtig. Goed ingerichte keuken. Alleen stonk de airco op de slaapkamer ontzettend naar schimmel. Roberto heeft echt zijn best gedaan om dat op te lossen maar het bleef stinken. Verder waren de bedjes buiten helemaal doorgezakt zodat je in een enorme kuil lag. De andere twee bedjes waren van hard kunststof zonder kussens. Dus totaal oncomfortabel. Dat was wel echt heel jammer voor zoveel geld. Verder een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Cette maison de vacances a dépassé nos attentes, La cuisine était bien équipée, et nous avons adoré prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, Il ne fallait également qu'un court trajet en voiture pour rejoindre le centre historique de Séville, où nous avons exploré le magnifique Alcazar, Les soirées étaient agréables au bord de la piscine, et nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous ici

Wij hebben de laatste week van oktober 2022 een heerlijke week gehad in dit fantastische huis. Voorzien van alle gemakken, ruimte en op een fijne lokatie. In de directe omgeving van het huis veel leuke eetgelegenheden, daar waar je eet met de locale bevolking, erg authentiek. Sevilla op 30 minuten rijden, wat een prachtige stad is dit toch! Kortom een absolute aanrader.

Het huis is prima in orde, verzorgd en proper. Het is goed uitgerust met materiaal ook (bv set handdoeken, Google Chrome aan tv, keuken- en wasgerief, …) Het zwembad is groot genoeg, en heerlijk! De buurman helpt als nodig, met Google translate lukt het om elkaar te begrijpen. De aankomst ging vlot, de eigenares van het huis had ons de dag voordien gecontacteerd om de praktische zaken te overlopen. In het dorpje binnen 1 km verschillende fijne bars en restaurantjes en enkele supermarkten. Op goede 10 minuten rijden ben je in Sevilla, prachtige stad!

Verblijf 10-01-22 / 31-01-22 Het is een heerlijk huis voor wat langer verblijf. Het huis en rondom het huis was bij aankomst schoon. De verwarming door middel van airco en aanvullende verwarming is aanwezig, het sanitair is in orde. De goede overzichtelijke keuken is voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Er is een goede wifi verbinding en keuze uit een groot zenderpakket. Achter het huis bij het zwembad is er veel privacy. Dit alles in een gezellig dorp met veel restaurants, bars en supermarkt op loopafstand. Het centrum van Sevilla is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de bus, de halte is 30 m. van het huis. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van gebieden rondom Sevilla. Terwijl het in Nederland guur weer was, genoten wij elke dag van de zon. We hebben er een geweldige tijd gehad. Mooi huis met heerlijke airco waardoor het heerlijk koel is. Zwembad is niet al te groot maar zorgt voor voldoende vertier. In de keuken is een ruim assortiment aan servies en bestek. Er zijn echter wel wat puntjes van aandacht vwb het onderhoud.
