Everything was excellent. The location is the best. Right in the heart of old Seville, walking distance to all caffès and restaurants but far enough so you don’t hear the noise. Maria is an excellent host. I recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Seville

We had a truly wonderful stay in Seville , thanks to the amazing hospitality of Maria and her place. From the moment we arrived Maria was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful with local tips and recommendations .Her place is not only clean and comfortable ,but also ideally located , just a short walks to historic sites ,cafes,tapas bars and restaurants .Thank you , Maria, for making our visit so memorable.

Spacious apartment in great location

Maria met us at the apartment and gave us helpful information about the apartment and nearby attractions. We were within easy walking distance of the Sevilla cathedral, Royal Alcazar as well as good restaurants.

Perfect place

Maria welcomed us, showed us around and answered questions about recommended restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped so we bought a few groceries and had most meals in the apartment. Finding our way using Google maps was sometimes a challenge but still were able to walk to most of the main attractions. We recommend.

Maria was a very nice lady and easy to deal with. The apartment has everything that you could need. It was a bit hard to find and then you needto find parking. Lots of things are within walking distance.

Great place!

Our host met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked. She was available for questions and checked in the next day to make sure we were happy with the accommodation. The bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even a new bag of coffee waiting for us. The apartment was spotless. the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Seville.

Super location!

We loved the convenience of being so close to the barrio Santa Cruz, which we love. We stayed three weeks and were comfortable even though we found the furnishings a bit tired and had to change our own sheets one week because the cleaning service wasn’t available. Perhaps due to Holy Week. The roof top terrace was a big plus but it is underwhelming in its decor. Still. We would stay here again.

Marie was well-organized and helpful, and easy to contact. Location was convenient to sites, transportation (and, unfortunately for my waist line, to pastelerías!), it is in a delightfully historic area, so it was sometimes a little chillier in December than we are used to in Texas. Since we were there for 5 weeks,, the microwave and stove top were important, as well as the washer!

Interesting older apartment.

We love a place inside the centre of a city that is not a IKEA look alike. This apartment is older but you feel you are experiencing something close to what it would be like to live in the centre of Seville. Having a school, children and parents coming and going made it feel authentic. Not perfection but very interesting and extremely comfortable. And great flamenco experience 65 steps from the door. :-)

Great location and very helpful host

This apartment is in a very good location, close to the centre, but quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the centre and all the major sites.Maria was a delight and very helpful, allowing us to check in early and leave our cases to late afternoon. She helped with questions and offered advice as to where to go. She was kind and trustworthy.The apartment was warm enough for us in the evening, but make sure you have warm clothes if you visit in the winter months. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The only reason we haven't given it 5 stars is that it's just a bit tired and could do with some modernisation, but for value for money, this is a great place to stay and we would highly recommend, this charming place to stay.

L'hôte était très gentille; mais les voisins hyper bruyants une bonne partie de la nuit, les portes qui claquent sans cesse, la porte d'entrée en bas idem sans arrêt. Parlent tout fort dans les couloirs et devant notre porte d'entrée à 2h30 du matin. A 5h du matin ça recommencait avec ceux qui partaient. Des va et vient incessants en courant dans les escaliers et comme il n' y a pas d'isolation phonique....Il y a un peu d'entretien à faire dans l'appartement, la machine à laver à réparer, le robinet salle de bains, le canapé qui s'enfonce quand on s'assoit. Autrement il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, sel, poivre, tisane, etc...
