Great place

We were two families of 5. Kids were 18-24 try’s old. Location was excellent for those of us who like to walk. Very cute Small taverna next door with a fantastic host. Easy walk to multiple taverna’s and grocery stores., 5 minute walk. It is a 15-20 minute walk to main beach and larger village of Almyrida.

Villa Olive Garden = Garden of Eden!!!

Arrived quite late at night at the villa, gaining access totally organised. My husband and I were blown away with this lovely villa, nicely decorated lovely furnishings and spotless throughout. Well equipped with everything you could need. The veranda with gas barbecue was fantastic with lovely outside furnishings. The outside seating area lower down was fabulous and the view of the sea was amazing. The pool surrounded by the Olive Garden was beautiful and not directly overlooked by any other property and was very private just wonderful!!! Plaka is a small village where there are some good tavernas Elpis was recommended to us by Carina the property manager we went 4 times and it was wonderful. There are a couple of small supermarkets for essentials and some fresh foods. We did not hire a car as we didn't want to drive, you can walk down hill to the village in about ten minutes but coming back up if you have any mobility issues would be a little difficult. For myself this was fine but my husband has arthritis in his knees and couldn't manage it. We easily overcame this if we had a lot of shopping or returning from a restaurant by a very good local taxi firm who where fantastic reliable and reasonably priced!! We have nothing but praise for this villa and it was a privilege to spend two weeks in September 2020 there in the lovely hot sunshine. Carina the property manager is only an email or phone call away and thank you for the bottle of wine you arranged for us at the restaurant it was very good. To sum up amazing relaxing beautiful, we loved it. For anyone who is considering this villa, you will not be disappointed. Catherine and Paul x

Déception

Je n'ai rien à dire sur la maison. Bon emplacement, propre, belle vue mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour jusqu'à ce que Mme Depranos vienne nous dire "Bonjour" au 6ème jour. Nous nous sommes fait clairement abuser. Faites attention à bien checker la maison quand vous arrivez et à déclarer tout de suite les défauts car la gestionnaire ne vous ratera pas. Par excès de confiance, on ne l'a pas fait. Elle nous demande maintenant de régler en surplus des factures de réparation de la piscine (lumière, pompe, skimmer...vous conviendrez que ça commence à faire beaucoup) qui en réalité sont des dépenses de vétusté étant donné que la piscine n'est pas de première jeunesse. Au passage, ce n'est pas une piscine mais un petit bassin pour 11 couchages... Voilà comment notre caution de 200€ s'est envolée comme par magie. Restez sur vos gardes avec elle. Quand elle vous envoie un message pour passer vous dire "Bonjour" comme elle dit, sachez que ce n'est pas une visite de courtoisie! C'est qu'elle arrive avec la facture imprimée dans sa poche! Bref, au final, on s'est senti comme des pigeons et cette affaire nous a bien gâché la fin de nos vacances. Merci Mme Depranos! Comment on dit déjà ? Trop bon, trop c...?

Hej Marie-Julie Jeg er glad for , at villaen levede op til jeres forventninger samt at I havde en dejlig ferie ligesom alle vores gæster har haft. Mit job består i at sørge for, at huset og omgivelserne er i samme gode stand ved afrejse som ved ankomst, hvilket er en del af udleje-vilkårene. Skaderne i poolen som er opstået under jeres ophold i villaen, skal naturligvis erstattes af jer og dette er sket via Vrbo, som har godkendt dette. Mange hilsner fra House manager, Carina Drepanos.

Fantastiskt boende!

Vi var två familjer som delade på detta boende och är så nöjda. Huset var rent och i mycket bra skick. Inga problem med värden, som var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Mycket fint hus med en fantastisk utsikt! Rekommenderar absolut andra att hyra denna villa!
