A superb villa with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, this elegant property is built on one level and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.The villa can accommodate up to eight guests very comfortably. All four bedrooms (out of which one has a separate access from the side of the building) have double beds, en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. With its privacy and modern comforts plus a magnificent swimming pool, this villa is an excellent place to relax.Carefully selected design pieces, iconic furniture and plush seating facing the swimming pool and the sea make the living room welcoming and stylish. The living room also has a cosy fireplace and a satellite TV. A separate kitchen offers views of the surrounding garden thanks to its wide doors facing the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge and modern stainless-steel appliances.The outside seating areas are ideal for enjoying company, relaxing or some private time alone. There is a large, round swimming pool with a waterfall that offers both privacy and comfort. The pool is open the whole year, even in winter (the water is not heated). The outside area features sunbeds, chairs, a hammock, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. Near theswimming pool is a canopied area with a table, perfect for enjoying delicious al fresco meals and savouring locally caught fish.This magnificent and well-equipped villa, just a few minutes from Santa Maria di Leuca offers plenty of relaxation opportunities and it great for those guests looking to spend quality time together. For those looking to enjoy the spectacular rocky cliffs on the Adriatic coast, the caves of Il Ciolo are a 5minute drive away, while the famous sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of southern Apulia are a fifteen-minute drive along the Ionian coast. Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €24 per person. Final cleaning is not included and costs €160, unless you clean yourselves before departure. Pets are NOT allowed in this property. We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 23/10/2024, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals.
