Welcome to Villa Teresa by Atlantic Holiday, a spacious apartment located in São Vicente, on the north coast of Madeira Island. Set in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, this accommodation provides a comfortable base for guests looking to explore Madeira while enjoying a quieter atmosphere and the island’s natural scenery.



With capacity for up to 7 guests, the apartment is suitable for couples, families and groups of friends. It features three bedrooms, including two with queen-size beds and one with a single bed, as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional guest. The property also offers two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare meals, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and cooking utensils. Guests can also enjoy amenities such as a washing machine, hairdryer, Smart TV with box service and private parking.



Outside, the jacuzzi offers an inviting space to unwind after a day discovering Madeira’s landscapes, levada walks and viewpoints. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience, and a baby cot and high chair are available for guests travelling with children.



Funchal city centre is approximately 30 minutes away by car, while Madeira Airport can be reached in around 45 minutes. Due to the location, a car is recommended to make travelling around the island easier. Smoking inside the property is not permitted. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
