The view over the sea, which extends from both the living room balcony and the terrace, is truly inspiring and promises moments of pure relaxation whilst contemplating the horizon. The interior, in an open-space concept, provides practicality and harmony, making every moment of stay pleasant and relaxed.



The bedrooms are spacious and functionally equipped. The suite has a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the veranda, offering privacy and comfort. The second bedroom has two single beds and a pleasant work or study area, perfect for those who need additional space. The support bathroom, modern and functional, has a spacious shower and hair dryer.



The living room is the ideal space to relax after a day of adventures on the island, whilst the fully equipped kitchen recently renovated provides all the conditions to prepare delicious meals. The dining area, organised on an elegant peninsula with capacity for six people, combines functionality and modern design.



For greater convenience, the apartment also includes a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, allowing small household tasks to be managed with ease. A private parking space in the building's garage ensures security and convenience throughout your stay.



The location is excellent: with a car, you can easily access the motorway, located just a few metres away, and explore every corner of Madeira. Without needing to travel long distances, the picturesque village of Camacha is just 10 minutes away, offering folklore, crafts, typical gastronomy and the starting point of levadas such as Vale Paraíso, Tornos and Serra do Faial. Reis Magos beach and its seafront promenade are also just 10 minutes away, perfect for seaside walks or leisure moments.



The entire surrounding area offers numerous facilities, from supermarkets and pharmacies to restaurants and cafés, ensuring convenience without compromising the tranquillity of the residential area.
