Villa Ilare is a characteristic and welcoming one-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Villa Ilare you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Ilare is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Casarano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Ilare from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Ilare you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside.

Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs and with a swing. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the surrounding countryside.
Verandah
You will be able to reach the verandah from the second living room. Is equipped with masonry benches. You will find a table and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool.
Living Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room going down three steps. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the second living room. The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an external access.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the first living room through a corridor.
