A wonderful place to stay

We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. Thank you again for the warm welcome and lovely stay.

Fantastic property, ideally located to visit Puglia

Fantastic property with lovely garden and amazing pool. Everything is there you could possibly need including a BBQ. The hosts, Salvatore and Rosy could not be better without being intrusive. They gave us lots of advice about places to visit and eat. We had an amazing meal of local foods cooked by them on our first night brought to us, course after course- amazing! The washing service that Rosy supplied was amazing and so fast! We enjoyed our time so much- we will definitely be returning!!

Good centre to visit Corigliano, Lecce and Otranto.

Basic house with well documented issues with shower problems. Quiet location although you can hear people moving and talking in the adjoining villa. The swimming pool was beautiful but cold, and in a beautiful well kept garden. Salvatore and Rosie were extremely welcoming and gave very useful local advice, as well as providing us with an excellent Apulian meal.

Lovely stay at Villa

We really enjoyed staying at Villa. Salvatore and Rosy were great. Very helpful around the villa place was very clean and the grounds were beautiful and maintented immaculately. We had Rosy cook us dinner 1 evening it was very good and they were so gracious as they came over and served to us. The location is rather remote and local town our gps could not direct us around so were always lost with the one way streets. But is a good central location to explore the south part of puglia from.

Wonderful

Rosy and Salvatore are very adorable people. Helpful, authentic and very nice. The house is very nice: arranged with love, all you need is available. Mist above all: the wonderful garden with pool. We enjoyed every second. The garden is very well maintained! One day we enjoyed Rosy’s cuisine: delicious and a lot…too much for my stomach. we felt very sad to leave this place but we already decided to be back next year. Grazie a voi Rosy e Salvatore per queste vacanze!

A little oasis!

We spent a week at Villa Fanelli with our family of four and everyone loved it. The perfect base for exploring the whole of Salento. But the kids could hardly tear themselves away from the lovely pool and the little cats on the property. The house is not big, but has everything you need (if you need more space, check out Masseria Fanelli). You will spend most of your time in the beautifully landscaped garden anyway. Rosi and Salvatore are always there to help you and have lots of tips for the area. Thank you Rosi and Salvatore for a wonderful week!

Amateurs de calme et d'authenticité, d'animaux, de nature, de vieilles pierres et de retour aux sources, de bienveillance aussi, vous trouverez votre bonheur. La Masseria, dans les terres mais jamais loin des principaux lieux touristiques, et son environnement baignant dans une forêt d'oliviers, est un véritable havre de paix.Rosie et Salvatore vous accueillent et accompagnent chalheureusement votre séjour, à proximité tout en vous offrant une merveilleuse intimité. Les animaux sont bienvenus et tout est cloturé pour leur bien être, la piscine les accueille volontiers. Le confort est simple, àl'image des Masseria italienne, essentiel et propreté. Salvatore vous fera volontiers visiter son jardin et vous y trouverez des merveilles à déguster.Un merveilleux endroit, ou je reviendrai certainement avec mes poilus. A ne pas trop ebruiter....sinon nous n'aurions plus de place Superbe sejour et endroitMerci Rosie, merci Salvatore

Die Unterkunft war perfekt um sich eine Auszeit zu gönnen. Der Pool war sauber und die Küche beinhaltete alle Utensilien, die man zum kochen braucht. Rosi und Salvatore waren sehr herzlichen. Die Unterkunft ist ein Ort, der dazu einlädt immer wieder dort anzureisen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub! :)

Nous remercions Alessio et son épouse pour l accueil qu ils nous ont réservé. Ils ont pris le temps de nous montrer la maison . Le jardin est tres sympa avec beaucoup D espaces , de beaux cactus et une belle piscine . Un petit havre de tranquillité et de paix . Très bon séjour, le cadre est joli et agréable. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois par Rosy et Salvatore. La communication était bonne et ont été très attentifs à nous. La piscine est bien entretenue. Le logement était suffisant. Nous étions en sécurité. Seuls point négatifs, les moustiques et par rapport à d'autres logements, il manquait un peu de nécessaire au quotidien pour la cuisine surtout quand on reste que quelques jours. Sinon nous ne sommes pas déçus, nous recommandons cette location. Merci pour tout.

Thank you for your review. We're happy you had a wonderful holiday in our house. I just wanted to let our readers know that mosquitoes aren't very common in Salento and only arrive in the late afternoon, when the sun goes down. Despite this, all windows and French doors are equipped with mosquito nets. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, including all the small appliances, such as a blender, toaster, and kettle, as well as pots and pans of all sizes for 2 to 7 people. I don't know what you were missing; you could have asked Salvatore, and he would have certainly found or purchased what you needed. I hope to welcome you back soon.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter le sud des Pouilles. Rosy et Salvatore ont été très accueillants, disponibles et très réactifs. En revanche, au vu du prix de la location, le linge de maison pourrait être modernisé, il manque une mise à disposition des gels douche, huile, vinaigre, produits vaisselle et produits d'entretien (habituellement présents dans les locations)...Un peu déçus de l'absence du lave-linge, mentionné dans l'annonce, même si un service de blanchisserie payant est proposé par Rosy. Nous sommes malgré tout très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Der Empfang der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und das Anwesen ist ein Traum groß ruhig sehr schön für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Die Gastgeber Rosy und Salvatore sind sofort da wenn man etwas braucht sei es eine Info oder hilfe bei etwas sie sind echt toll. Im Haus gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht nur eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht aber Rosy bietet einen Waschservice an. Ich kann es nu weiter empfehlen und wir freuen uns schon wenn wir wieder bei Rosy und Salvatore sind.

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans la très belle villa, accueillis par Salvatore et Rosy, toujours disponibles tout en restant discrets. Le jardin est incroyable, la piscine très agréable. Une très bonne adresse que nous allons garder pour de futurs séjours dans la région.

Voyage en famille

Nous sommes une famille qui voyage énormément hiver comme été , nous avons donc la chance de découvrir pas mal de logement et bcp de rencontres … Mais ces vacances sont officiellement les meilleures, j’en suis repartie avec les larmes aux yeux, tout simplement car nous avons été reçu par 2 magnifiques personnes Salvatore et Rosy ❤️ Ils ont prit soin de nous comme si nous étions de leur famille. Un service incroyable, je n’ai d’ailleurs jamais vu ça … Le logement est un endroit parfait, pour être en famille ou avec des amis. Très spacieux, super propre, avec un jardin et une piscine incroyable accompagné d’un barbecue. Nous étions pas loin de bcp de villes que nous avons visité comme Bari, Monopoli, Nardo, Lecce. Bref nous avons passé nos meilleures vacances, nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci merci encore à Salvatore et Rosy et surtout à bientôt❤️

Alain Delon et compagnie 😉😊😅

Nous étions 4 adultes et avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa. Belle propriété et très au calme. Un véhicule s'impose pour faire le minimum de courses et très bon emplacement pour visiter les Pouilles. Nous avons eu un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part de Rosie et Salvatore. Sans hésitation, nous conseillons la bonne cuisine de Rosie malgré le quiproquo pour notre arrivée. C'est sans hésitation que nous conseillons cette villa et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si l'occasion s'y présente.

Excellent séjour chez Rosy et Salvatore

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Corigliano d'Otranto. La maison, la piscine et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenu. Elle est idéalement situé si on souhaite découvrir différents endroits dans les Pouilles. Rosy et Salvatore ont été au petit soin avec nous. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le repas que Rosy nous a préparé lors de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes régalés. Rosy propose un service de lavage du linge ainsi que le repassage si besoin. La veille de notre séjour nous avons été invité à une fête qu'ils avait organisé ou nous avons passé un excellent moment avec eux et leurs familles.

We Alessio and Marzia, live in Florence, we needed our own place to get away from the hustle and stress of city life! ..... Is not around the corner and we can not go as often as we wish, but when you are stuck in traffic cursed of Florence, close my eyes I think of Salento in the sunshine olive trees and the tranquility of our farm as if I were them.

We bought the Masseria Fanelli in 2007 (announcement of homelidays number 6246519) and this year we decided to build this small villa into the ground surrounding the Villa, but completely independent of itself, has not been easy, but we worked like crazy to get summer with the house ready to get our friends and all those who want to rent it for a few days or a week in a dimension that is often the life of the city has made us forget!

We love the beauty of the colors of the Salento countryside, its history, art and cuisine, our house is a little haven away from the stress and chaos of the city, where the peace and quiet of the home, sitting under the porch or in the pool surrounded by olive trees and you only see the countryside.
