この広々とした独立した別荘は、トレバウナンスコーブのビーチから徒歩ですぐ、絵のように美しいセントアグネスの中心部にあります。

明るく風通しの良い宿泊施設はすべて1階にあり、大きなオープンプランのリビングエリアは、折りたたみ式のドアを介してデッキのある楽しい庭園に通じています。 ベッドルーム1にはキングサイズのベッドと専用バスルームがあり、ベッドルーム2にはツインのシングルベッドがあり、モダンな家族用バスルームがあります。

ホテルには2台分の駐車場がありますので、セント・アグネスのビーチ、レストラン、ギャラリー、お店を徒歩で駐車して探索することができます。

Lovely little bungalow

Central yet quiet location for the village although be warned - it is a steep hill down to the beach. Open plan with bifold doors to the lovely little garden. Has everything you would expect from a holiday let and St Agnes is charming.

The property was booked on location and for that it ticked the boxes. Overall it was comfortable with good appliances, good bedding and towels and heating works so nice and warm if required. With a few tweeks it would be perfect. Things to improve: Parking is advertised as 2 spaces it's not it is one but unfortunately neighbours do park outside so difficult to get out. So you end up parking outside. No where in the bathrooms to put soap etc. A few shelves would really work. Outside there needs to be alternative seating to offer. For the price you just need a few more thoughts to make it perfect.

Highly recommended

We had a lovely week’s stay here. The property was comfortable, spacious, bright, airy and clean. It had lots of amenities and equipment that came in handy when cooking meals and cleaning/washing. The finishing touches and decor made it a comfortable and homely stay. We had a small maintenance problem but it was dealt with very quickly. The location is perfect with handy local shops and being close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again when visiting St Agnes.

Great location but a bit tired

The exterior needs a good clean. Cleaning of the interior was OK but not exceptional. The large sofa was not comfortable and smelt as if it would benefit from Febreze. The bathrooms with no external windows could do with better lighting. Bed in main bedroom very comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. I did call the office when we left to point out that the heating timer in the locked garage needed adjusting as the heating came on in the night - controllable with the thermostat. This all sounds a bit negative but the location is great. The property could be good with a bit of t l c.

Fantastic location

The location of this property is perfect, with a dog friendly beach and town within easy walking distance. It was big enough for 4 of us and yet would also be perfect for couples. The dog proof garden was a bonus as we could leave the doors open and not worry they could escape. We had an issue with the door while we were there which was dealt with immediately by the holiday company which was a great help and much appreciated. I think the property needs some attention to the decking outside and other doors inside but this would not stop me from going back to stay there or recommending it to anyone else which I have already done. My advice is if it’s free the week you are on holiday then book it quickly!

1 teaspoon?

Great location for town but the property needs work. Floors sqeak when walked on, crockery and cutlery shortages, bbq falling to bits, mould in bathroom and bedroom. Letting agent gave amazing support when we found the heating had been turned off and fixed it within an hour - why it was turned off was another question... TV and broadband were top quality. Surfboards and beach equipment to borrow were a nice touch but didn't quite make up for all the other problems.

Great little cottage

We stayed here as 2 couples with 2 dogs. Firstly the location is brilliant. We were a few minutes walk to the nearest pub, shops & fish & chips. Parking for 2 cars down a quiet residential street. The property was super clean and had 2 lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. A welcome pack was provided, which was a nice touch. The kitchenette and living room was comfortable. The enclosed garden was great for us and the dogs, although some garden loungers would have been good. Loved staying here and will return. Would highly recommend this place and the location.

Good but becoming in need of some TLC.

The property was generally in good repair but external doors needed TLC as they were becoming difficult to shut. Staff were excellent in sorting out boiler problems and a plumber was soon in attendance..The most annoying thing was only 1 no teaspoon ! On arrival door handles needed cleaning and a mug still had coffee stains.

Contemporary and stylish bungalow

Beautifully designed bungalow, and in a great quiet location within walking distance of both the town and the beach. Just a few suggestions - really needs an indoor table, even if only a foldable one, and the master bathroom needs a shelf, and the basin bizarrely faces the wrong direction. The velvet sofa is beautiful but uncomfortable - springs might have gone. We needed a couple of things missing in the kitchen - a sieve for rice, and a potato masher! Overall highly recommended.
