Fiori Chiari 20 is a 40 m² apartment on the second floor of a building with elevator, set in a characteristic setting of banistered houses typical of Milan. Ideal for couples or small families, it offers functional and comfortable accommodation, close to all services.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the living area is bright and welcoming, with a double sofa bed to accommodate an additional person if needed. The open kitchenette is equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer and kettle. The bathroom completes the apartment.
The apartment offers air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine and TV , making the stay practical and comfortable in any season.
The location is well connected: a few minutes' walk away are the Lanza metro (line M2) and tram and bus stops in Via Lanza, Via Monte di Pietà/Via Verdi and Largo Treves , which allow you to easily reach the center, stations and attractions.
