You never attempted to call us for assistance during the night. Sending a single text message on WhatsApp at 6:00 AM does not constitute contacting customer support or reporting an emergency. Instead of calling our emergency lines, you chose to call the fire brigade, the police, and paramedics without any valid reason. They had to break the window and cut the iron bars solely because your friend inside was deeply asleep and not answering her phone. There was absolutely no danger or medical emergency. Your panic resulted in severe, unnecessary damage to our property, including destroyed iron bars, a shattered window, and ruined parquet flooring. Immediately after the incident, we discussed this together, and you fully agreed to cover the costs for the restoration. We simply charged you for the actual professional repairs required to fix the extensive damage you caused.
