Close to it all!

The apartment was the perfect size for my fiancé and I. The proximity to restaurants, breweries, and attractions was very convenient for us. The heated bathroom floor was the best part!

Cute home away from home

Charming House with a retro feel.Great upgrades in kitchen and the awesome bathroom. Quiet place for a nice stay for 1-2 people.Owner was great to deal with and look forward to ataying again!Thanks!

Perfect for a short stay

Location is great. Minutes away from pretty much anywhere in Marquette you need to go. Bestroom of the house is the bathroom

Cute, clean and great location

I would definitely stay here again! The apartment is in a great location! It has driveway parking (so you don’t have to search for street parking). The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. Check-in was super easy. I hope I can stay here again!

Great stay!

This was a beautiful place located close to Marquettes social district. Tons of food options as well as local breweries within walking distance.

A weekend away from Petoskey

Close to everything, clean and cozy. We loved having a home base SO close to all that is Marquette. Already planning a return visit!

Excellent home away!

This was the perfect space for mother, daughter, granddaughter trip to NMU overnight. Cozy, comfy and a great space to eat, share stories, and central location close to everything was perfect!!

Lovely apartment within walking distance to the heart of MQT

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Marquette for a bike race. Very comfortable, clean, and the location was perfect! The property manager was very easy to work with and great at communicating. Highly recommend!

Great Place in Downtown Marquette

Had a great time. The place was nice, convenient, and within walking distance of everything downtown while still pretty quiet. Questions were answered quickly and overall I had a great experience. I would stay here again.

Another Great Stay!

This was our second stay at this property. We were VERY impressed with the bathroom update - we are not "spa bathroom" people, but after the rain showerhead and heated floor we just might be converted :-) The location is great for the walkability to 3rd Street and Downtown, and the air conditioning was much appreciated since there was a heat wave during our stay. We also loved that there is now seating on the small enclosed porch - great for morning coffee!

Great Place

Very nice, clean apartment. Bed was very comfortable & shower had good water pressure. Only wish is there were a few more kitchen supplies to making meals a bit easier.

Smell

We were disappointed with the skunk smell in the porch area. It was very strong. We feel very strongly to get a partial refund as we could smell this through out the apartment.

Great location in town for families or very close friends

This is a converted first floor of an older home. It is really conveniently located providing great options for coffee and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely check out The Crib for coffee and Stucko’s pulled pork was great! You get driveway parking with a private entrance through an enclosed side porch. There’s 1 bedroom with a window AC unit and another window AC unit in the main living area that has a futon sleeper. Everything was very comfortable and clean, but it is an older home so set expectations appropriately. The conversion resulted in 1 quirk, you walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. The host was extremely accommodating, providing us options to store 4 very expensive Mountain bikes out of sight. We only stayed 1 night as we were just extending our trip while the other family we had been traveling with returned early. And so we didn’t use the kitchen much, but it appeared very well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location

This was the perfect location for us to explore Marquette and visit NMU. The house had just what we needed for a long weekend. It is walking distance to shops, coffee shops, brew pubs, and restaurants.

Great stay in Marquette

This apartment has a great location to walk to everything in downtown Marquette, one block off of 3rd street. My wife and I walked to breakfast (Java Bay & Donckers) in the mornings. We also walked to Blackrocks & The Ore Dock Breweries at night. We had a great week in Marquette.

Perfect

Lots of space… first floor… walking distance to every cool spot in Marquette… best of all… washer and dryer in the cellar! We stayed nearby last year in a smaller VRBO and had to walk to and hang out at King Koin to do laundry which was a pain. Will be booking again next year if available.
