This is on the heart of 4th St. Walk to Washington St or 3rd St for all the Mqt favorite shops, food, and breweries. Enjoy the downtown convenience to get to the places you want to visit on your trip. You would not have to move your vehicle once its parked! This 2 bed 1 bath upper level is nicely updated to give you that comfortable stay in case you want to enjoy a day at the apt or recover in the evening from a day of exploring. Book it for your adventure to Mqt.

Downtown, walking distance with residential homes and some commercial.

Clean, convienent and great area. We booked last minute and the host communicated very quickly on a few questions I had. Nice touches throughout the home to make it feel more like home. Would highly reccomend if in the area!

Nice condo in a great location

We were visiting our son at NMU for the weekend. Condo is in a great location. It was clean and had a few little extras to make your stay easier! Last minute wanted to check in early so sent a message and they got back to us quickly and allowed us to check in an hour earlier, was much appreciated!

Great rental and location

Very clean upper half duplex with off street parking and easy walking or biking access to third street, NMU and downtown Marquette. Good communication with Host and very responsive. Would stay here again!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. It was stocked with all the necessities/toiletries we needed without having to run to the store to replenish. It was also in a great location! It was nice that we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in the heart of Marquette

We stayed at the apertment for three night family getaway. This is an upper in a typical UP duplex. Facilities were clean and well equipped. Host is responsive to any requests for help. Checking and checkout pretty painless. Location of this condo is prime. You can walk to all the important places in Marquette. Hospital and grocery store are five mins away. Off the street parking is plentiful and easy to get to, even with a bigger vehicle.

Comfortable home base in Marquette

The apartment is very comfortable and had everything I needed to feel right at home in Marquette. The apartment is bright and quiet, and a short walk to excellent restaurants, shops, and parks. It was a wonderful home base for an extended stay in Marquette.

Just exactly what you need apartment!

We booked this two bedroom apartment in Marquette, while visiting our Son at NMU. It was perfect, great location, so close to Northern and all the great things that Downtown Marquette has to offer! Very clean, great stocked kitchen…exactly how it is presented!

Great Place, Great Location

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Nicely furnished with all the necessaries. The place was clean and the space was comfortable for the 4 of us. I would definitely stay here again. Chips and salsa was a nice welcoming touch. Thanks!

Great Place to Stay

My daughter and son in law stayed there to visit my son over spring break. Great location, and the property was everything it advertised. Clean, spacious and comfortable and better than any local hotel. Problem free parking too. Will definitely try to book it for future stays. Thanks to the host.
