We loved our stay! Condo is at a perfect location. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, kitchen had all the necessities. Laundry in the unit plus extra laundry in the building. Living room seating area was very confortable. Enjoyed the quiet, clean building. We will definitely book again.

The property was great. Shops were very nice and easy to get to from our location. Wish we had more time to spend on the grounds, ie: swimming, pickleball, etc...

Wonderful stay--will return on our next visit

The condo was perfect for us--clean, comfortable beds, and we liked the secure parking garage with a designated spot. Our host, Dave, was a good communicator and easy to work with. The Omni grounds are beautiful. Looking forward to another stay.

Great Stay - Beautiful!

Amazing location. The place was cute and clean with all the amenities needed. Very nice kitchen and table. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for unpacking. The area is so gorgeous you want to be outside but if you need a rest the TVs were good sized and the air conditioning worked well. We will definitely return!!

Omni La Costa Condominium

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo, it was clean, spacious and in excellent condition, had a well equipped kitchen, and seemed to be recently remodeled. Dave, the owner was very easy to reach and very attentive to whatever we needed. We would highly recommend his condo and will stay again when we return.

Breeze

Was my first experience with VRBO so don't have anything to compare with. The booking was excellent, the propery was clean. Intructions were clear. Plus all the other small things that hotels don't provide and which makes your trip ourstanding like beach chairs, cooler, etc.I definitely recommend!

Great place with a couple noisy neighbors

Well kept and as advertised. We would use it again. The only problem was a noisy dog we believe above us and one evening had some loud music. As we were looking for as quiet as possible those two things were frustrating, but also not the owners cause.

Fabulous Experience

we loved our stay at this lovely condo. It was very comfortable and well appointed - met all our needs. The location was ideal to all the amenities at the Omni, including the Chopra Center. I loved the amount of light in the condo, and enjoyed having my coffee every morning outside on the balcony. The beds were super comfortable, and it is so convenient having 2 bathrooms. Dave, the owner could not have been more gracious and or helpful. I so appreciated his responsiveness from the beginning for phone questions, which helped me work out the details to make for a perfect stay. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again, and in fact, look forward to my next stay. Thank you Dave

Neighbors from hell

The condo was updated and clean. The first night of our stay at approximately 3:00 am a horrible argument broke out between a man and woman staying near the condo. We feared for our safety. The second night a party was held near the condo that raged on until 2-3:00 am. That same couple who fought on the first night began fighting again around 6:30 am. This is unacceptable at this location and price point.

I'm very sorry to hear about the neighbors but unless I'm notified, there is nothing I can help with such as notifying the property management or helping with other arrangements. This was a very busy Memorial Day weekend at the resort and unfortunately, unruly neighboring guests happen and are somewhat out of my control as with any hotel type setting but I will always help if notified.

First VRBO

This was the first time I used VRBO, and it could not have gone better. The owner was easy to connect with, and so hospitable. The location was perfect for me to interact with other conference attendees - many in the same building!

Omni LaCosta Week

Had a great time walking around the resort, shopping at the boutiques and marketplace. Sat outside and ate at the restaurant overlooking the pools and golf course. Dave was always just a text away. Non responsive owneer

The power went out to about half the unit and the internet. The breaker would not reset. My husband has been an electrical contractor for almost 50 years and said that the breaker was bad and needed to be replaced. I messaged the owner. He messaged back and said that the breakers were old and that it would reset. He declined to send anyone to fix the problem. For two days, we had no internet and no power to half of the unit. I messaged the owner when we left and advised him again of the problem. He NEVER responded. Also, the next door neighbor had a barking dog and played loud music until 4:00 AM.

I always respond to my guests immediately in addition to checking in shortly after their arrival to make sure everything is okay as I did with Lynn. She did not respond however until two days later. At that time she told me about the tripped breaker and that her husband was able to reset it so I assumed everything was fine. Breakers trip at times when overloaded with too many plugged in items like curling irons, hairdryers,.... I told her they are the old style breakers that need to be pushed in and not moved left or right to reset. Again, she told me her husband was a retired electrician and was able to reset it so I assumed everything was good moving forward. I did not here from her again until after she checked out and at that time she told me that her husband was not able to reset it after all?? Had I know it would have been taken care of immediately. Upon arrival after check out I did notice the breaker was tripped so I quickly reset it and haven't had any issues since.

Was as advertised. Outdoor hot yup wasn’t working during the entirety of our stay.

A bit noisy at times. First a domestic quarrel overnight and into mid morning. Then a dog barking from a nearby unit.

Worked out well for us!

All was as stated in the listing. Unit was clean and had all that we needed. It's in a nice area and worked out well for us as we have two families in Carlsbad and this rental is located between them both. There is shopping, coffee and restaurants close by. We also found the bed nice and comfortable.

Beautiful condo in perfect location

This was by far the best vrbo I have ever stayed in! Aside from being located inside the gorgeous Omni Hotel and 5 minutes from Ponto Beach. The condo, which is beautifully updated and decorated has Everything you need. Beach chair (only one) but It was just me. Umbrella, boggie boards & a cooler! The kitchen has everything I mean everything you can think of. Will definitely be returning!! 5 stars!!
