For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 07.May. - 31.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced). In the complex: washing machine (extra) (for shared use), heating available only from 01.Dec. - 31.Mar.. Breakfast on request (extra). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises.
