地下鉄シャトー・ド・ヴァンセンヌ駅（ライン1°）またはヴァンセンヌRER（高速列車-Aライン）駅から3分で、パリ中心部（シャトー駅）まで10分（RER）または20分で行くことができます（メトロ）。 メトロラインN°1は、いくつかの主要駅を通る自動中央ラインです。Nation（8 '）、Gare de Lyon（12'）、Bastille（14 '）、Hôtelde Ville（18'）、Châtelet（20 '） 、ルーヴル美術館（24 '）コンコルド（28'）、エトワール（36 '）。 RER駅は、空港、リヨン駅、または30分以内にある北駅（ユーロスター）に行くのに非常に便利です。 このRERラインは、ディズニーランドにも連れて行ってくれます。
ヴェリブ駅（3分先）を利用すると、自転車でパリを訪れることができます。

この非常に静かなフラットは、19世紀の建物の1階にあります。 窓は通り（南に面したラウンジ）と庭（北に面したベッドルームとキッチン）に面しています。 春には、木々で歌っている多くの鳥が目を覚まします。

フラットは、ヴァンセンヌの町の中心部にある質の高いお店、典型的な屋外フランス市場（火曜日、金曜日、日曜日）、フローセンチュアを借りることができるフローラルガーデンと湖のあるヴァンセンヌの森に非常に近い（3分）ヴァンセンヌの美しい中世の城。

フラットには、高品質のマットレスを備えた大型（1,60 X 2 m / 63 X 78インチ）の4ポスターベッドのある寝室が1つあります。 1人用のエキストラベッドを備えた1つの大きなラウンジ。イートインキッチン1つ1つのバスルームには大きなバスタブとシャワー、洗面台付きの独立したトイレがあります。

モダンな家具（ラウンジのルコルビュジエとマルセルブロイアーのアームチェア、キッチンの伝統的なガッティビストロの椅子、デザインされた照明器具…）と慎重に復元されたアンティーク家具を組み合わせたフラットな装飾が慎重に選ばれました。 エントランスホール、ベッドルーム、ラウンジは、古いオーク材の床を保っています。

キッチンにはガスコンロ、電子レンジ、電気トースター、さまざまな種類のコーヒーポットとマシン（Bialetti、Bodum、電気）、電気ケトル、生パスタ機などがあります。
洗濯機はバスルームにあります。
ラウンジには、大画面テレビ（42インチのSony Bravia）とCdsとDVDを備えた高品質のハイファイがあります。
ブロードバンドインターネット接続が提供されます。
+掃除機、ヘアドライヤー、アイロン、アイロン台。
リネンとベッドリネンが用意されています。 通常の枕だけでなく、首枕も1つ用意されています。

旅の後に到着するとすぐに買い物に行く必要はありません：基本的な食べ物は食器棚に保存されています（茶、コーヒー、砂糖、油、パスタ、米、塩、コショウなど）

1階には鍵のかかった部屋があり、自転車を預けることができます。

私は同じ建物に住んでいるので、滞在中に希望があればアドバイスしたり助けたりできます。 私は英語の半分とフランス語の半分ですので、英語しか話せなくても問題ありません！

Lovely large hidden apartment in Vincennes

Anthony was so helpful, with our bags, with explaining how the apartment worked, restaurant recommendations, etc. we were just a block and a few steps from the metro which went directly through all of Paris. Vincennes is like a village on the eastern edge of Paris. You have everything you need within easy walking distance.

Charming stay in Vincennes

Anthony’s apartment is just as pictured. Charming, light, authentic and cool. It was clean and had everything one would want for a weeks stay…washer, functioning kitchen, and space to breathe. Our host was charming and so easy to contact. I will most definitely stay here again.

Excellent and beautiful Apartment very conveniently located in Vincennes

Anthony's property is one of the best I have stayed and I have many times through VRBO. The apartment is extremely, clean, bright spacious and beautifully decorated. The property had all of things needed for a week long stay. Anthony is one of the most gracious and helpful people I have rented from. It is very close to the RER, the supermarket and many lovely shops. I had an incredible stay and will definitely return!

A rewarding experience, Higly recommended

We stayed at this location from june 4th to june 10th. A second floor, very comfortable and roomy appartment. Clean, with all amneties. Owner was on site at our arrival. A real plus. A nice welcoming. Location is ideal. Large and well provided grocery store within a 5 minute walk, as well as the ''Chateau Vincennes'' subway station and a train station taking you to the Charles de Gaule Int'l airport with only one transfer. The area is safe, and quiet. Good sleeping.! Nothing to worry about. Would be happy to return. Guy L'Heureux, from Montreal.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons chez Anthony et le plaisir est le même que la première fois. L'appartement est toujours aussi agréable, calme et bien entretenu. Anthony est toujours aussi sympathique et de bon conseil ; nous avons visité grâce à lui de belles expositions et découvert un nouveau restaurant (le Rubis -excellant et pas cher !). Nous recommandons cet appartement et ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors de notre prochaine visite à Paris. Merci Anthony !

Hyggelig atmosfære, rolige +spændende omgivelser.

Lejligheden er hyggelig og rolig og der er en fin atmosfære i kvarteret (centrum af Vincennes). Ingen problemer med støj - og en god fast madras i dobbeltsengen. Super nattesøvn. Spisekøkkenet er helt perfekt hvis man vil kokkerere lidt og ikke har lyst til at tage på restaurant - der er gode pander, gryder og knive + en del fødevarer i skabet allerede. Desuden er der et fint supermarked og specialbutikker lige rundt om hjørnet. Metroen ligger 5 minutters gang fra lejligheden og man er hurtigt inde i centrum af Paris.(15 min.) Man kan komme direkte til Disney-land med hurtigtoget (RER). Stationen er også ca. 5 minutters gang fra lejligheden. Anthony der lejer lejligheden bor etagen over så det er nemt at få råd mht forskellige praktiske ting. (Han taler godt engelsk) Vi vil meget gerne rekommandere denne lejlighed. Det er et sted hvor man føler sig hjemme og med en fin parisisk atmosfære. Vi kunne nemt forestille os at blive en længere periode.

L' appartamento si trova in una zona molto elegante di Parigi estremamente tranquilla. I servizi di trasporto sono notoriamente efficentissimi come anche i negozi e le fantastiche pasticcerie. Siamo stati accolti da un artista , il.proprietario che offre uno spazio incantevole, tipicamente francese arredato con estrema eleganza conferita anche dalle opere che l' appartamento Ospita. very nice, design flat in Vincennes near subway

Anthony's appartment is very nice, design et cosy, and very well equipped. Perfect for un long or short stay, for a couple. Anthony is very kind, open, an artist and discreet. The flat is in Vincennes downtown, near castle, subway, market...10 minutes from the center of Paris, but with Le Bois de Vincennes (Vincennes Wood).

Appartement idéal !

Cet appartement est idéalement situé juste à côté du métro et du RER, en plein coeur de Vincennes, à deux pas du château. L'endroit est particulièrement calme, avec une jolie cour intérieure, très agréable pour se détendre. L'appartement est très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de soin et de goût, tout confort. Le propriétaire est charmant et attentionné avec ses hôtes, tout est fait pour nous satisfaire ! On apprécie le calme, la luminosité et la beauté de l'appartement spacieux, avec une belle cuisine équipée, et une literie très confortable. C'est notre deuxième séjour et nous comptons bien y revenir prochainement !

Great property, great location

We loved this apartment. It was full of interesting things and we left with lots of ideas for our own home. The owner was very helpful and friendly and provided a folder full of very useful and helpful information. We also loved Vincennes and went to several of the restaurants recommended by the owner , we particularly recommend Restaurant La Rigadelle and Le Mediterranee, although they are both very different.. There are plenty of shops and lovely patisseries close by. There is also a great market. Getting into Paris was no problem and access to Euro Disney was straight forward. We would certainly stay again and would recommend to anybody who doesn't want to stay in the centre of Paris.

Bel appartement en plein centre de Vincennes

Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cet appartement traversant, plein de charme et de recoins, nous faisant découvrir le travail d'artiste de son propriétaire par les tableaux accrochés aux murs. La petite cour intérieur procure une sensation de calme et fait oublier la vie parisienne trépidante ; idéal pour se reposer après une journée passée à courir les musées ! Et la Vincennoise "de souche" que je suis a eu plaisir à retrouver sa ville embellie, encore plus accueillante et agréable. Merci Anthony, nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour parisien !

L'appartement idéal...

Je reviens pour la troisième fois chez Anthony et avec toujours le même plaisir ! L'appartement est idéalement situé sur la ligne 1 du métro qui permet d'être en 10 minutes au cœur de Paris (Le marais, le centre Pompidou, Le Louvre...) Les petits commerces à proximité (traiteur, boucher, poissonnier, pâtissier, Monoprix...) sont pratiques et ont d’excellents produits. Le couchage est confortable et la chambre donnant sur cour est très calme. L'appartement est décoré avec goût et son hôte est charmant et attentionné. Bref je recommande un séjour chez Anthony, moi je ne m'en lasse pas !

Très bel appartement lumineux, situé en plein coeur de Vincennes et juste à côté des lignes de métro et de RER. L'appartement est très calme, un véritable havre de paix ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confortable lit à baldaquin et la cuisine vraiment très complète et bien équipée, avec de nombreux produits de nécessité déjà dans les placards. La décoration et l'ameublement sont très soignés, avec des oeuvres d'art que l'on peut admirer, et nous sommes tombés sous le charme ! Anthony est un hôte particulièrement attentionné et vraiment très agréable et discret. Nous sommes impatients d'y retourner, c'est l'endroit rêvé pour passer un bon séjour à Paris !

Un lieu avec un âme - et confortable.

Partis de notre province pour passer une semaine à Paris: voir des amis, faire du shopping et visiter des musées, nous étions tombés un peu par hasard sur cet appartement sans doute attirés par les photos de l'aménagement. En réalité c'est un lieu plein de surprises pour qui aime l'ancien mélangé avec le moderne. (l'art contemporain sur les murs, c'est la petite surprise du chef qui n'est pas visible sur les photos du site). Bref, un lieu avec un âme ce qui n'est pas pour nous déplaire. Du point de vue pratique tout était parfait. Cuisine agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut, Monoprix et pleins de commerçants de proximité à deux pas (fromager divin). Nous avons même reçus des amis "chez nous" à manger un soir dans la grande cuisine avec vue sur la verdure, on oubliait presque que nous étions à Paris... Le métro vous amène au Louvre ou au Centre G. Pompidou en 20 min (porte à porte). Bon, la fondation Louis Vuitton est plus loin, mais difficile de tout avoir ! Nous avons passés un très bon moment, et je pense qu'on reviendra bientôt sur la même adresse, car tout bonnement nous y étions très bien. Ulla Frantzen

French Bliss

Welcomed by the owner with a cup ot tea,a friendly and helpfull manner , calmed me after travelling since 4.30am.Everything in this enchanting apartment was "home away from home" from washing machine to cooking utensils to fantastic bath which I soaked in every night.Comfortable King size bed with tall french windows which opened up ànd allowed the night stillness to flow through and the mornings activities welcoming without being too noisy. I loved the fact that once I left the apartment it was only a short walk to caffes,patisseries,supermarket,fashion boutiques,the metro and railway station. 15mins by metro and you are in the heartbeat of Paris,15 mins you are back in the sanctuary of Vincenne- so easy if you have walked a thousand steps in the morning to go back to the apartment,relax and venture back into Paris early evening as I so often did. I didnt watchTV or a video but there was certainly a huge selection as well as CDs. I fell in love with the kitchen ,the view from the table was gorgeous, the soap arm in the laundrey intrigued me and I have now orderd one for my home in Australia. I so recommend this charming apartment, it was my home for the week and I really wished I could have packed it all up and bought it back to Australia with me. The owner, Anthony offered to walk me to the railway station and help me buy my ticket to CDG airport which I thought was so caring and he insisted on carrying my luggage down the flight of stairs. The apartment is a reflection of the owner, and once you have experienced its.comfort and charms,you will be drawn back to experience it all over again.!!!

Nice to come back to a sweet home in Paris.

Wanting to come back to exactly this apartment that we found really nice at our last stay in Paris, we booked the place allready this summer when we planned our fall vacations. We found it just the way we left if and felt very much at home. (Great choice of DVDs if one should want to a little restful evening).The only difference was the pavement on the road and the newly planted trees, even better ! The evironment is just nice, the appartment is perfect, the owner helpfull - and so close to the center of Paris. We really recommend this adress. U Frantzen and M Violle

Trés content

Cet appartement est très bien placé à 3 mm du métro, commerces en bas de l'immeuble, chambre sur jardin hyper calme, cuisine équipée séparée, salle d'eau avec bain, très bon linge de maison, le tout faisant un bon 60 m2.......et cerise sur le gâteau le propriétaire est charmant. J'y reviendrai.
