Delightful spacious modern apartment in the heart of The Marais

Great apartment with everything one needs for a few days. Seems to have been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. A pleasant space. Comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Fans were very welcome given the heat wave. Road noise is intrusive ( just our luck to be there for Paris Pride and over a weekend!) - we had to have the doors open given the heat and a day long power outage. Once closed, the doors kept noise bareable so we could sleep (with fans). Communication with host was clear but there were discrepancies between Stayz info and what she sent via email. Email info is the most up to date so be sure to read it particularly info re access. The host or her agent meets and greets you which is uncommon ( no lockbox self-access which we're used to). Info is verbal and there's no instructions book, so pay close attention to what you are told and shown! We'd use this apartment again but not over a weekend and not in summer.

Lovely Place

A stylish well equipped apartment in a great location. The extremely high ceiling provides a sense of openness. The bathroom is up the stairs. Only caveat is the noise. It is very close to multiple night spots. If you open the windows to cool the room, expect to hear music, singing and the occasional argument until the early morning.

Fantastic place in the best location

My husband and I loved our stay. The apartment is compact but beautifully laid out and appointed, with a warm welcome and thorough introduction to all amenities. The elevator was helpful in carrying up our bags, but because we were on the first floor we were able to mostly use the stairs. And the street was delightful, steps from a great boulangerie and Les Philosophes, our favorite restaurant. In less than 10 minutes we could walk to Hotel de Ville and Place des Vosges, and even Marché des Enfants Rouges and sunset on the Seine were only about 15 minutes away.Of course, Le Marais can be packed with tourists on weekends and evenings, but we had the pleasure of experiencing it in the peaceful mornings when it felt as if we had it all to ourselves. Wonderful!

Marais Loft

This is a cute, quirky, open-concept apartment in the heart of the gay neighbourhood of the Marais that my wife and I rented for two and a half weeks in March 2025. Quirky in that the bathtub/shower/dressing room are up a half flight of stairs and the toilet is separate on the main level. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The decoration and artwork are very pleasing to the eye. The location is ideal for visiting Paris's many attractions with a metro station located close by, and there are many good neighbourhood restaurants and boulangeries.The apartment faces a street that is very busy and noisy (even with the windows closed) at all hours of the day and night, especially in the early morning during daily garbage collection. The web listing correctly reveals that there is no air-conditioning, so it is hard to imagine what the heat and noise would be like with increased tourist traffic during the warmer weather.We enjoyed our stay, but would definitely search for a quieter quartier for our next stay in Paris.

Excellent Parisian Excellent Parisian Experience

This apartment is located 15 minutes walking distance to Notre Dame and 19 minutes to the Louve, with the D'Orsay a little further. A grocery store is across the street. which has everything you need for breakfast. I recommend it highly, plus it's lovely.inything you need for breakfast.

Perfect place to stay

The checkin process was super simple and informative. The location is perfect if you love food and has quick access to train stops which can get you around town very quickly. The place itself is very clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend for a couple looking to explore paris!

Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay here for four nights in January. The apartment is clean and quiet, in a lovely neighborhood in Le Marais, and a short walk to the Metro and other sites. I would definitely stay again!

Paris Experience!

We booked the property for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. Communication with the owner was clear and well-organized. Upon arrival, the property representative greeted us at the apartment and gave us a thorough tour, explaining the functional aspects of the space. The interior design is beautiful and sophisticated, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, making it easy to cook and feel at home.The location is excellent, with an elevator for added convenience. It's within walking distance to historical landmarks, as well as metro and bus stations. We purchased a weekly pass, which allowed us to visit more attractions than we originally planned, making our stay even more enjoyable.The only small downside was the bed, which felt more like a full size rather than a Queen, and the mattress could have been more comfortable. However, we managed to make do with the sofa for additional sleeping space.There is a glass bottle collector on the corner of the street, which can occasionally make noise in the middle of the night, but it didn't significantly affect our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others.

Perfect in Paris!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay --- perfect for us in every way. Starting with the location in the center of Le Marais, a lively, colorful, historic district that is just a 10-minute walk from Notre Dame and a 5-minute walk to the nearest Metro Station (Hotel de Ville). The apartment was exactly as pictured online --- decorated in a welcoming Bohemian way; the bed was comfortable; the kitchen was well-outfitted; and the bathroom was large by most standards. Even though the apartment is located in a prime, central area, it was extremely quiet (US second floor), and at night after 8:00 p.m., it was super quiet for a good night's sleep. We were very pleased with the communications of the owner, Marisa, and her assistant, Anelisse, who met us on our arrival, showed us around, and made sure we had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We will definitely book the apartment for our next visit to the perfect city of Paris --- our favorite in the world!

Honeymoon in Paris

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days during our Honeymoon. We absolutely loved the location, it’s so close to the metro and you can walk to so many places as well. We were happy to be able to do our laundry as well before continuing onto our next destination. The home is so charming and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much :)

Wonderful stay during the Olympics

Marisa and Annelise were really great during our stay. Anytime I book a property in another country I always have a little anxiety that it might not be real, but there was no problem with this one. Marisa was very communicative leading up to the stay and Annelise met us at the apartment to show us around the unit. I was able to communicate with Annelise through WhatsApp pretty easily. The unit itself is small but cute and very functional. There is no AC (as is the case with many places in Paris), so it can get a bit warm during the summer (so keep that in mind), but we were able to open the windows during the evening which would help cool it down. There is a small washer which proved very useful during the stay. The location is top-notch. It is a short walk from the #1 metro line and is located in the middle of the Marais district. Despite this, the noise outside was minimal after 9pm and not audible at all with the windows closed. There were numerous restaurants and cafes within a short walk, and even with 9 days we barely got to explore as much of the neighborhood as we would have liked. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
