The ALIMAR Villa is a spectacular three-storey property located in a quiet residential area of Donostia-San Sebastián. It is just 5 minutes by car from the beach and the city centre, and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. It has capacity to accommodate 7 people in its 3 bedrooms (there is a double bed of 150cm wide in each of the bedrooms, in addition to a sofa bed) and has 2 full bathrooms plus an additional toilet, kitchen, dining room, and a spacious and bright living room. In addition, it has a garden, a large roof terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the city and its surroundings, and a heated private indoor swimming pool, which is kept operational throughout the year. WiFi internet connection and private garage for 2 vehicles are included.
