Marina de la Duquesa is located on the beachfront in the heart of Puerto de la Duquesa.The urbanization with direct access to the beach and the promenade that connects the Puerto de la Duquesa to Sabinillas and the Castillo de la Duquesa is just minutes away from bars, restaurants and beach bars.Marina de la Duquesa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, with four swimming pools, two paddle tennis courts, direct acces to the sea, a gym, sauna, private parking and 24 hour security, it is the perfect place by the sea.Our apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen and a very spacious living room that lead onto a big L-shaped terrace

Great Holiday Accommodation

Lovely apartment well equipped and located within a secure complex. Fabulous sea views and close to all important facilities and amenities. Also a great base for exploring other areas. Perhaps some information on the area and important contact numbers in case of an emergency eg: local Hospital, Doctors, Police, etc.

Perfect… location, location, location

For a stay in Duquesa I really don’t think it could be better than this. The apartment is huge and equipped with everything. If I’m really picky, there is a broken tile on the kitchen floor that needs replacing and the shower above the bath is pretty useless. But I would stay here again 100%

Ubicación excepcional, dos baños más un aseo para dos habitaciones, Terraza comodísima cocina bien equipada Hay algún problema con los desagües y aunque olía algo mal al entrar en el alojamiento fuimos pasando con un ambientador. Los últimos días el olor era bastante intenso. Se solucionaba cerrando la puerta de los baños pero cuando se entraba era realmente asqueroso.

Another great winter break at the apartment. Thank you to the owner for providing a dining room table in the lounge this year, a great improvement. Nasty smell in main shower room sometimes which needs investigating.

perfect location

I stayed here in August. The apartment is situated at the edge of the Marina Duquesa complex with fabulous views of the ocean and marina. With the windows open you can fall asleep to the crashing of the waves. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Costa Holiday staff were helpful I would not hesitate to reccomend this apartment. The shower in the master bedroom needs some attention as the handset glider rail is rusty and the holder is broken
