This beautifully presented, contemporary two-bedroom duplex penthouse apartment is located in the new ONE80 urbanisation on the outskirts of Estepona. The apartment is of modest size, but it is presented in a contemporary style, making the most of its light and airy feel and every centimetre of space. With its high-standard, quality furnishings and top-end fittings throughout, you know you’re in a quality holiday property. This apartment offers a large roof terrace with an amazing six-person Jacuzzi, a gas-fired BBQ, dining table and chairs for six, relaxing seating and sun loungers where you can take-in the great views. Inside the apartment you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds – the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the second has the family shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons if you are planning on cooking during your holiday in Estepona. The open plan lounge-dining room opens up to the balcony with comfortable seating for six for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. A high speed fibre optic internet connection along with international TV including Sky is also available. Within the community gardens is the shared swimming pool with palm trees and pretty Mediterranean planting. Two private parking spaces in the underground residential garage are also available for your holiday.
