Welcome to Life's A Beach! Leave your worries behind and come visit the Beautiful sandy beaches in our gated community, Carillon Beach!

Perfect for a Family Reunion! No detail has been missed in this incredible home. You can sit out on one of the several porches and overlook both lake & ocean views! Awesome Location near the tennis courts and additional community pools.

The main house has 2 Master suites, 2 Guest suites, 1 bunk area (perfect for kids), a private study with a sleeping area, and a third floor with a living room and another bedroom & bathroom. The enormous Gourmet chefs kitchen is absolutely perfect for Family dinners! Preparing a meal in this kitchen will be a dream come true for any cook! Huge center island, additional breakfast bar, Viking range/oven, a Wet bar & wine fridge. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need during your day. The dining room off the kitchen has a table that seats 12+ !

The Guest house (Included in your rental) has a spacious open floor plan! 2 Bedrooms on the second floor and one full bathroom. Conveniently, there is a Half bath on the main floor and a full Kitchen completely stocked, perfect for making lunch by the pool! If you want more information on renting the guest house separately please contact us.

From one of the many balconies in both houses you look over the Amazing private pool & outdoor entertaining space. This property is breathtaking and will be the perfect house for your next Vacation! You will not ever want to leave!

Life's a Beach includes Beach Service for 6 from March 1 - October 31, weather permitting (6 Beach lounges and 3 Umbrellas).

The private pool can be heated for an additional $350.00 fee for the week. The Carillon Belleview Park Pool is only a 2-3 minute walk from the house and is heated.

The golf cart at the property is the Owners and can not be used by guests for liability reasons. You can rent a golf cart from Coastal Cars & Carts if desired.

The Community does charge a $35.00 fee per vehicle parked at the house.

Great Family Vacation!

The house was absolutely perfect for our extended family. From Super Papa to the youngest grandchild, Veronica. The kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool in the back yard is the cherry on top especially with little ones who still nap during the day. Everything was easy to find and locate, we will definitely be back in the future.

Spring Break

Our group had such a great time here. We loved the location, the short walk to the beach and especially the pool. We had 17 in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely book this property again.

Great size or our large family

This house was great for our family of 9 adults and 7 grandchildren. Plenty of space we never felt cramped The pool was larger then other Carillon houses we stayed in and had some many pool and beach toys for kids We have been going to Carillon beach since 2006 and grown from a family of 5 to16 so have been fortunate to have houses that fit our changing size Tara was so responsive even with my crazy questions Looking forward to coming back

Excellent Stay

The house and guest house are both beautiful and were perfect for three families with children. The pool was perfect for returns from the beach. Overall, the location was great and the home was perfect for us. Would definitely return and recommend.

Great Family spot

The house and neighborhood were perfect for a large family. The beautiful beach is a short walk and the pool kept our crew occupied for hours. Kids can ride bikes safely and the area is very close to all the restaurants and fun things at Rosemary beach. The house is well equipped to handle a large crowd.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our extended family (15 people, grandkids to grandparents) had a fantastic stay at this property. The actual home is as-good if not better than the listing! Property manager was very responsive to all our needs, and there was plenty of open space on the first floor for the whole family to comfortably gather. Would highly recommend!

Dream Vacay

Beautiful property, great location. Each room was special, the host were accommodating, easy to get with and happy to help to make our stay special. It was very clean and advertised pictures were spot on. Can’t wait to come again and bring family and friends. Loved that we rented golf carts to scoot around in. Plenty of space and very large great room!

This was our first stay at the property and everyone was completely delighted in the house, pool house, pool and community. The kitchen appliances were top of the line and kitchen inventory was very well equipped. We will definitely look forward to returning and stay here in the future!

Wonderful Family Reunion!

Adults and children (including teenagers!) throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious property! The neighborhood is walkable and picturesque. The beach is breathtaking with white sand and emerald waters. The heated pool was a huge success! Our host, Tara is the best. Great trip- planning our return!

Beautiful Home

13 women met to celebrate 38 years since their college graduation. The home was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was xoutstanding. The neighborhood was beautiful for daily walks. Highly recommend!

Excellent space for retreat

The BEST beach vacation for all 16 of us! We will be back

Our family with 8 adults and 8 children had plenty of room. Everyone agreed we want to come back. The COVID-19 was still a good reason for us to be cautious but we never felt unsafe. Loved the house and pool and guest house. Beach access was an easy walk The property at Carillon was well maintained. Wonderful rental!!

Great Family Vacation

Four sisters family vacation. 17 total with kids ranging in ages from 9yrs to 25 yrs. 4 master bedrooms was a bonus. carriage house was excellent for adult children. Loved the pool. Quick walk to beautiful beach. Pickle ball court was a blast. Boys enjoyed basketball court. Beautiful neighborhood.

Fabulouse Home for large group!

Life's a Beach has it all! Lots of room to spread out, almost all rooms have some sort of balcony, pool for the kids, high end appliances, we even had Alexa to ask questions or play some music! Tara is a great manager who responds quickly to any and all questions. Beach was only a 5-8 minute walk and there were 6 beach chairs waiting for us when we got there. If you want a beautiful home for your family to stay at, then Life's a Beach is it!

Excellent Property

The home is even more spectacular than the listing shows. The communication with the property manager was beyond supreme. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the space and beauty of this home and the community. The short walk to the beach access was perfect. Words can’t express how perfect the vacation was. This house is nothing short of amazing. Every amenity you could possibly want is here. This spacious house held 12 of us and could of held 12 more comfortably. I enjoyed cooking breakfast in the spacious kitchen, the short walks to the beach and spa located on the property, laying out by the private pool, and enjoying our morning cups of coffee and evening cocktails on the decks and veranda. This is an absolute perfect vacation getaway for family or friends.

Comfortable

The term that kept coming up was that Carillon was just “comfortable”. The neighborhood is really nice, and the house was the perfect house for our group of 4 families with teens. Each of the adults had a private en-suite, the boys were in the bunk rooms on the second and third levels, and the girls were in the guest house. We took full advantage of the basketball and pickle ball courts. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and we also loved relaxing in the back yard by the pool or on one of several porches.

Stunning & Immaculate!

We rented this house for our son's wedding which was being held in inside Carillon Beach in the park. We had visitors in and out of this house constantly who were amazed at the beauty of the home. The furnishings alone are breathtaking and then you walk out on the porches to see the ocean and the sunset! I can't say enough about the managers and their willingness to accommodate our special requests. If you want to rent a home that looks like a magazine spread for Coastal Living..... then you need to rent "Life's A Beach" and the carriage house. We felt like royalty!

Large family with 6 children from St. Louis and quality time with our family is our top priority. We love to keep active and enjoy walking or riding bikes in the morning around the community. We have built this house as a place we can share with our friends and family for years to come and the design was very important to us. We feel we have a true slice of paradise here and want to share it with everyone we can to make those outstanding family vacations. We have been coming to the Panama City Beach / 30a area for most of our kid’s life and have rented many houses/condos and owned a condo for a number of years which we factored into the building of this home.

Unique benefits of this house: Life’s a Beach is one of those beach homes that takes your breath away the moment you walk through the door. With every inch thoughtfully considered and no detail left unnoticed, our beach home offers the ultimate getaway. Designed for our large family in mind, it is ideal for multi-generational family vacations. We hope you will enjoy the calming neutral décor, showcasing colorful art and oceanic-blue pops of color. As one of the largest houses in Carillon, with six bedrooms in the main house each with their own baths and add on the two-story Guest house with 2 more bedrooms, full kitchen, living, laundry and 1.5 baths. This allows for some of that key private time sometimes needed for those large groups. With seating for over 20 in our well-stocked kitchen and dining room, it is perfect for catching up with friends and family after a day at the beach and pool. The 3rd floor has a tower room complete with a Wii, Smart TV, sleeping area with walk in Closet, full bath and a walk out tower balcony with a breath taking view of the gulf. The 3rd Floor is our son’s favorite hangout when not out around the pool.

We were sold on the setting knowing with the lot and a half it would allow us for more than enough room for our houses and garage (key for bikes and toys – please use at your own risk) but still provides a great backyard / pool setting - truly a little oasis and just a short walk to the beach.
