趣のある2BR / 2。 30Aとパナマシティビーチの間にある5BAコテージ！ 6人が眠る！

Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and for returning to Two, if By Sea! We are so glad to hear that this cute cottage has provided your family of three with so many wonderful memories, comfortable layout setups, and a great location over the years. We also really appreciate your constructive notes regarding beach chair service and housekeeping. While amenity inclusions can occasionally shift year-over-year, we understand how that change was a disappointment, and we will review our listing descriptions to ensure amenity details remain crystal clear for returning guests. Additionally, we have dispatched our housekeeping supervisor to address the bathroom tile grout with a targeted deep cleaning immediately. Thank you again for being a loyal guest. If your family ever expands into a larger home in our collection, we’d love to help you find the perfect fit for your next beach getaway! Warmly, The Blue Swell Team

HIDE RESPONSE: Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed and thoughtful feedback. We’re very sorry that the issues with the property ultimately affected your vacation to the point that you needed to leave early. We understand how disruptive and unpleasant a persistent odor can be, especially when it becomes worse throughout the day. We appreciate you recognizing that our management team was responsive and kept you informed while maintenance worked to identify and address the odor. We sincerely regret that the issue could not be resolved during your stay. We’ll continue to follow up on this matter to determine the underlying cause and ensure it is properly addressed. We also appreciate you bringing the ceiling fan, AC, pest activity, and general condition of the property to our attention. These are all areas that warrant further inspection and attention from our maintenance and management teams. Thank you as well for the feedback regarding the beach access and the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. We understand how helpful it would be for guests to know ahead of time that the access involves stairs, particularly when traveling with beach equipment or young children. We’ll review how these details are communicated in the listing. We’re glad to hear that you found the home quiet and appreciated its proximity to the beach. We’re sorry that the property did not provide the comfortable experience you expected, and we truly appreciate your constructive feedback as we work to improve it for future guests.
