Set high above one of the Algarve’s most iconic stretches of coastline, Quinta Beachfront Marinha is an expansive and characterful retreat offering exceptional privacy, panoramic ocean views, and direct access to Praia da Marinha via a private path. Surrounded by 29,000 square metres of beautifully landscaped grounds filled with mature trees, flowering plants, and winding pathways, the setting feels both secluded and remarkably scenic, with uninterrupted vistas across the Atlantic.

The outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and social gatherings, with a spacious elevated terrace overlooking the large south-facing private swimming pool, ensuring sunshine throughout the day. Sun loungers, shaded seating areas, a hammock, and multiple dining spots create a versatile environment for enjoying long days outdoors, while the barbecue area provides the perfect setting for alfresco meals against a dramatic coastal backdrop.

The property accommodates up to 26 guests across 12 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, arranged between the main house and a separate annex. In total, there are four bedrooms with double beds, seven bedrooms with twin single beds, and one bedroom with a single bed. The annex, located approximately 50 metres from the main house, provides three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for added privacy within the group.

Bedrooms are arranged across multiple levels, many enjoying sea views, and several feature en-suite bathrooms with either showers or shower-over-bath configurations. The layout includes a mix of interconnected and independent spaces, with some rooms offering direct outdoor access, making the villa particularly suited to large families or groups of friends travelling together. All bedrooms benefit from natural light, enhancing the airy and relaxed atmosphere throughout.

The expansive grounds are accessed via an electrically operated gate, ensuring privacy and secure parking. The swimming pool, measuring 15 by 7 metres with varying depths, includes a shallow section suitable for children as well as Roman steps for easy entry. From the garden, a private path leads directly down to the beach, offering a rare and highly sought-after feature in this location.

Additional amenities include regular housekeeping four times per week, outdoor showers, beach towels, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, smart TV, and barbecue facilities. The layout of the bedrooms from the top floor down is as follows:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (1.40 m) and two large fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with shower in the bath, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. Lots of cupboard space under the sink.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds with 2 large fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower in the bath, washbasin, toilet, and bidet.

Both bedrooms have a sea view.

Via the spiral staircase, you walk with 19 steps to the first floor.

Bedroom 3: Spacious bedroom with sea view, double bed (1.40 m) adjoining bathroom with shower in the bath, bidet, toilet and sink with plenty of storage.

Bedroom 4 with two single beds and fitted wardrobe. You can also enter the bathroom through the built-in wardrobe.

From the ground floor, you go down with the spiral staircase.

Bedroom 5 with two extra wide single beds and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. This bathroom is also suitable for the disabled. We can also place a shower chair here on request. The bedroom is accessible from the outside terrace on the ground floor. There is a low step to get here. Please note, it is not accessible.

Bedroom 6 has two single beds and has a sea view. On the landing is a separate bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower. There is also a door to the patio in the corridor.

Again via the spiral staircase, you reach the lowest floor, at the pool level.

Bedroom 7 has two single beds, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a bidet, toilet, sink, and shower.

Bedroom 8 is a walk-through room with a single bed and plenty of cupboard space. This space gives access to the ninth bedroom.

Bedroom 9 has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower in bath, toilet, bidet, and sink. This room has little storage space.

Bedrooms 10, 11 and 12 On the same grounds, 50m main villa, there is small house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for 6 persons.

All bedrooms have natural daylight.

Outside: Enormous private area of 29. 000 m2 with an electrically operated entrance gate. Spacious terrace adjoins the living room, this is partially covered and here you can eat together at the tables or relax in the hammock. Stunning 180 degree sea view! There is a seating area with cushions around the pillar and stairs to the swimming pool. The large private swimming pool faces south, surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. The first shallow part of the swimming pool is 1 meter deep and extends 5 meters. Great for the smaller children to play in! You can easily get in and out of the swimming pool via the Roman steps. In the deep part there is also a staircase to get out of the water.

A few steps from the pool and you are at the gate from where you can look at the beach. From the garden you have a private access to the path that leads to the beach.
