The apartment was great for three friends! Perfect location, gorgeous apartment, great AC, and comfy beds. Would stay here again!

The place is great, good decor, good check in/out, only complaint is late at night it does get loud from partiers but the location is very good.

Great apartment

This is a beautiful apartment just a couple minute walk from all of the downtown Split area and a five minute walk from the harbor. The beds were very comfortable and big, the bathroom was super nice. It is up two flights of stairs and the building doesn't seem great but the place itself is wonderful and we would stay again!

extraordinary slice of heaven in Split

Wow! We loved our stay at your apartment in Old Town. The location was perfection and the air conditioning offered such a reprieve in the heat wave. Beds were so comfortable and the dual "half baths" were perfect for a pair of friends traveling together.

Great location and attentiveness

This apt was conveniently located, clean, had everything we needed. The bathroom was not what we were used to but enabled us to utilize two sinks when getting ready which was a bonus. We loved the openness too. The host was responsive to any questions we had at any time and we really appreciated that. Overall, great experience.

Great location

Parts of Old Town are difficult to navigate with suitcases from taxi/Uber drop off points. This location is easy to get to! Clean. Good management.

Great place once you find it

Really nice lovely place. Had some trouble finding it initially due to a communication mixup but once we got checked in it was wonderful. Easy convenient location near everything. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the noise at about 3am from people heading back from the bars. We went the beginning of June and crowds were not too bad yet. Split was beautiful, very clean, and great food.

Perfect

This property was perfect for our trip to Split. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. You do have to go up stairs (no elevator) but it was no trouble. It is located right above a restaurant which was really convenient (great food). The host was always available and answered messages promptly. We would definitely stay here again! Very clean and beds were very comfortable. And the AC was a bonus.

Just perfect

Can’t beat this location. Right in the middle of the old town. convenient to everything. All amenities, fixtures, and appliances are very high end and new. Communication with owner was seamless and very prompt. Beds are super comfy. A/C worked well. The only ‘minor’ issue was the water heater. We are a family of 4 and the hot water would run low if taking showers consecutively. So, plan accordingly. It wasn’t an issue once we spaced out showers. Would definitely return!

Heart of Olde Town

The apartment was in a great location and close to all major attractions. 5 minute walk to the ocean and waterfront restaurants. Pictures of the apartment were just as shown. It was clean and quiet. The apartment was difficult to find. Better directions to the apartment would of help. One suggestion to the host is to leave a book of instructions for the hot water heater. We had no idea there was a switch to keep the water hot. The host answered our questions very quickly. Definitely recommended this apartment and would stay there again.

Cute, clean apartment in Split

Good location but we had a hard time finding it. If you stay here and have the same problem, the name of the restaurant downstairs is called Kavana bar & cuisine. Google map that instead of the apartment address. If you have a car, this might not be the best choice. Do not park your car and leave it, even for a minute, in the parking spots in the square leading up to the apartment. We got a ticket while trying to locate the apartment and when we got back to the car the tow truck was about to hook us up. We were gone 10 minutes tops! Finding parking was horrible. That said, the location is within walking distance to all the sights. Surrounded by great restaurants & shops. Beware of turning off the hot water heater which is switched on the wall. That maybe common in Europe, but did not occur to us. There is currently construction in the apartment across the way which left the building smelling of drywall mud, but didnt bother us once inside the unit. If you dont have a car, you will not regret staying here.

Perfect location, very clean

Perfect location on the 2nd floor! The A/C was so refreshing. The beds were comfy, the flat was attractive. The overall flat was well appointed and very clean. The only thing that would have been nicer is to have a working washer machine (it would not drain) and a couple added throw blankets. We would absolutely stay here again!

Modern little apartment in great location

This little apartment was worked well for our family. It is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the old town. Our host checked us in promptly and made our stay lovely.
