Semi-detached house, 2 storeys. In the centre of Split, in a sunny position, in the heart of the city, 50 m from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. In the house: internet access. Public parking on the road extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 10 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 180 m, pebble beach 1.4 km. Marina 500 m, tennis 6 km. Nearby attractions: Diocletian Palace 400 m. Hiking paths: Marjan 100 m.
"Lara's House", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor, south facing position. In 2023: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Terrace 5 m2. Terrace furniture. The location of this apartment is excellent, close to the Riva and 4 blocks to the palace. It is fascinating to watch the harbor and people. There is a very busy restaurant outside the place, but when the shutters and windows are closed, you can't hear much. Clients should be aware that the entrance to the apartment is on the seco d floor where the bedroom is located (very quiet) and the living room is on the third. The steps are steep, but the railings are good. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer is handy. We loved staying here!

Great Split Apartment

Great position to west of old town, just 5 walk to start of Riva, main promenade. Modern, spacious, clean, and with views of harbor and Riva from lounge and from sun terrace at 4th floor level. Ate out mostly, Konica Fratelli exceeded expectations every time, just 10 m away.

Perfect location in Split, just meters away from the Old Town, yet still relatively quiet. Conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, churches, and the sites. Wonderful views of the harbor and boat traffic. The accommodations were clean and well-appointed with all the kitchen resources to cook a meal. It is hard to find a downside to the apartment, although carrying suitcases up a couple of flights of stone stairs to reach the apartment may be challenging for some. I'd recommend the apartment for a couple that wants to be near the action but not in the middle of the crowds that Split attracts. It is a wonderful place to stay. Even the neighbors are friendly.
