Everything was great seamless check-in process. The condo is excellent. It was exceptionally well stocked zero problems. I would recommend anyone to stay there. It is about a five minute walk to the beach and when it was as hot as it was as past weekend, that wasn’t fun. But the accommodations were outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay at Erik and Gina's condo. Centrally located and so peaceful and quiet. Condo was immaculate, with beautiful decor and very comfortable furniture. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to everything you could possibly need. Just steps from the pool and the bay and minutes to the Gulf. Truly a gem, and we are already planning our next visit.

This was really an excellent stay. The condo was very nice and had everything you needed. It was close to tiki bars, supermarket, drug stores, restaurants. You could easily walk and it was within a couple blocks of the beach. Very nice area and we bonded with some of the other snowbirds.

Flordia Vacation

My boyfriend and I stayed at the little condo here, and it was beautiful. We walked to places to eat, to the beach, and barely had to drive accept to the store and places like John’s Pass and Boardwalk. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and just nights to sit outside and look at the stars. Area was clean, and even had an extra little pool to enjoy if you wanted. Very comfy living and stay conditions for the fun filled vacation my boyfriend and I planned for!

Gina and Erik are both busy professionals and avid travelers. We understand the importance of 'getting away' and the need for a stress-free trip. The sun and beach is the perfect way to unwind and relax.

We went to great lengths to make this condo a casual and comfortable home away from home. We look forward to returning here often. When we are not here, we hope that others will choose to stay with us and come to love this area as much as we do. We sincerely hope that you will fall in love with Treasure Island and thoroughly enjoy your stay!!!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The location of Boca Ciega Shores is hard to beat. The condo is situated on the inter-coastal which is quieter than the Gulf side high-rises, yet within easy walking distance to all the action. It's also close to the trolley stop which will take you to a multitude of great beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. You can leave your car in the driveway during your entire stay!

There are few locations on the island that offer all these advantages and conveniences. All this in a quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood.
