The flat is located in the fourth floor of a modern new building. It is a 6 minute car ride to Maarif and 30 minute care ride to the Mohamed V Airport. The building has a lift, concierge, security cameras and a small gym. The apartment is 60m2, with 2 rooms with double beds. 1 en-suite bathroom (with toilet and shower), 2nd room with separate bathroom (shower and toilet). This flat is ideal for a couple or a family of 4 who is looking to visit the city of Casablanca. It is also perfect for a business man who does not want to live in a hotel and needs a centrally located flat.

Clean, secure, cosy flat with an open view. In addition, the flat is centrally located and is walking distance from restaurants, hairdressers, hammams, and pastries. After arriving from the airport you do not necessarily need a car.
