Fabulous place to stay! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. Everything you need to cook at the house supplied if you want to. A short walk to the town with great pubs & restaurants. Loved it!

High quality house in a great location

The house is finished to a high standard and is less than a minutes walk from the town. Great for a short break although the living space would be cramped for six adults.

Lovely stay

Three of us shared for a long weekend singing at Wells cathedral as part of the guest choir. The accommodation was comfortable and convenient. There was excellent communication with the host and, when we pointed out that dishwasher tablets were missing, they arrived on the doorstep within a couple of hours. A lovely place to stay visiting a very charming city.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Wells. Info left for us was very good. The parking is small as stated but we just about managed with our Saloon car.

Cathedral Town w/end every December we go to a Cathedral this was one of our best so fare

Renting the property was vary easily done and only 2 min walk to city centre. The property was vary clean and the property manager was very helpful

Highly recommended

I would most definitely recommend anyone visiting Wells or surrounding areas to stay here. Private parking for 1 car, perfectly situated, just 2 mins walk and you are in the centre of Wells. The house itself is bright, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and super very comfy beds. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Exceptionally well equipped house in a fantastic location.

Great location, comfortable property

Very clean and tidy. Huge bed on the top floor made for a comfortable sleep. All appliances in good working order. Close to the city center, short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Plenty of family activities within a short drive. Only disappointments were 1. No DVD player, and 2. lack of TV ariel, as we do like to check the local news and weather before we set out for the day.

this is an ideally located property if you wish to be 1 minutes walk from the centre of wells , the property is well stocked for most needs and is in a very quiet mews ... park your car with care as the parking space is quite tight..

It's right in the centre of Wells - you will never need your car! It is a smart, modern and cosy property, always warm with all new furnishings. The minimum bed size is king and the largest is super king. The mattresses are extremely comfortable!
