On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. An open kitchen is fully equipped and also provides an exit to the patio. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower and a separate WC. On the upper floor, an open gallery with sloping ceilings accommodates 1 French bed, while a second open room, also featuring sloping ceilings and without a window, is furnished with 3 beds. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery and alcove-style spaces, are located in open-plan areas rather than enclosed bedrooms. The property is finished with elegant parquet floors throughout.
