However, you made no mention of this to our team until you had already left the Villa. it's important to follow proper procedures in such situations, including contacting the local authorities and providing a police report. We were not informed of this incident during your stay, which limited our ability to assist you appropriately. We offered to liaise with the local villa manager to see if they could still file a police report for you, but we never heard back from you. We also advised that you would be able to go through your travel insurance. While we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced, we encourage all guests to communicate their concerns in a timely manner.
