Lovely villa fantastic views to the beach of Son Bou

This super villa is located on a hill resulting in incredible sea views from practically every room of the house, from the garden and from the pool area. The property is distributed over three floors with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room, there are a total of 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, mpst of them on the entrance level and all with access to a spacious terrace and breath-taking views. Going down a level, are the family areas, consisting of an open plan living-dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and a guest toilet. This level opens to a huge terrace with a barbecue and to the pool area, where there is also an outdoor shower.
A wonderful property with grand sea views!

The property is in a fantastic location with stellar views and a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed Son Bou Beach just minutes away and the proximity to town. We recommend a lovely restaurant just 5 minutes away called Es Forn De Torre Solí Nou and Posidony boat tours where we enjoyed a fabulous day snorkeling, paddle boarding, exploring the caves and swimming. A few things regarding the property: be prepared to stock the house with common essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap and kitchen basics. We also had to purchase our own beach towels due to house policy, not to use their towels at the beach. There are a few beach chairs in the outdoor shed that were nice to have unless you choose to rent beach chairs on Son Bou beach. We recommend getting to the beach early if you’re planning to rent chairs!!
