DOMUS GENTI - Villa with private pool in Son Serra De Marina.

Located in the quiet urbanization of Son Serra de Marina and very close to the beach, this beautiful home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This modern, two-storey chalet with a size of 130m2 counts with 3 bedrooms; ideal for small groups of friends or families. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, counts with a double bed and has access to the garden. The other two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, one of them with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. The bunk bed consists of a double bed (down, sleeps 2) and a single bed (up, sleeps 1). There are no air conditioning systems in the bedrooms, but we are pleased to supply fans for the bedrooms, please ask. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and another one with bath tub.

The plot is fenced and counts with a garden area of approx. 50 m2 and a spacious terrace with a size of 32 m2. Of course there is a mobile BBQ, a table and seats, the right place to have a pleasant dinner outside. The salt water pool has a size of 6 meters x 4 meters and is perfect for all the sun lovers and keen swimmers of you. There are 4 sun beds at the pool area.

From the terrace, you have direct access to the sitting-dining room with A/C which is equipped with a cozy sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs, television (only Spanish and German channels) and a fireplace for cool autumn nights. The independent kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays. Additionally, there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

You will reach the natural beach area of Son Serra de Marina in only 150 meters. There are no big hotels, no crowds of people during the high season and no traffic noise – only you, the sea and the beach. The beach consists of a mix of sand and rocks. There could be seaweeds especially during the low season, but it’s not a big problem as the beach is so large and you will always find a quiet and sandy place to lie down and relax. The beach does not offer sun beds or sunshades for rent. In Son Serra de Marina you will find a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a few nice restaurants.

You will reach the next sand beach with lots of bars, restaurants, sun beds and sunshades rental in about 10 minutes driving by car. It is called Can Picafort. On the way from Son Serra de Marina to Can Picafort you will find a public finca, called Son Real which houses animals like typical Majorcan pigs and chickens. It would be a nice excursion walking on the beach from Son Serra de Marina to Son Real, especially during the low season because the weather is not so hot.

Fue una estancia muy agradable. La ubicación ha sido agradable y tranquila, para ir de compras hay un pequeño supermercado en el pueblo que tiene las cosas más necesarias. Para compras más grandes, debes ir a Can Picafort, que está a unos 15 minutos en coche. Así que deberías tener un vehículo. No hay mucho que experimentar en el pueblo en sí.

Maison de vacances idéale L'accueil de Felipe était extra malgré notre arrivée tardive. Il a bien pris le temps de tout nous expliquer sur le fonctionnement et sur les lieux à visiter. La maison est dans un quartier calme, à proximité de la mer et de quelques commerces. La maison est bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, cette maison est un lieu de séjour idéal pour visiter Majorque !

Villa mit allem was das Herz begehrt

Vielen Dank an Felipe der uns als Gastgeber herzlich empfangen hat. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und ordentlich. Dank Gas Grill und großer Küche konnten wir uns sehr gut selbst versorgen. Frühstück und Abendessen konnten wir auf 2 Terrassen genießen. Der Pool hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Es gibt genügend Handtücher und bequeme Sitz- und Schlafmöglichkeiten. Im Obergeschoss gibt es keine Klimaanlage (nur im Wohn-/Essbereich). An heißen Tagen und Nächten stehen aber Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Die Nachbarschaft und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Zum ersten Strandabschnitt läuft man ca. 10 min und zum größeren Strand S‘Arenal 25 min. Kleiner aber sehr gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge und einen entspannten Aufenthalt ist Son Serra de Marina gut geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The house really had more than we expected especially in the kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices...) Also our host was great since he brought fresh fruits when we arrived, plus bread, butter, milk which we really did not expect! Thanks for the really friendly welcome!

· Wonderful villa- very clean & comfy- private pool - exceeded our expectations! Great kitchen (with spices etc already stocked (made cooking even easier)) - what a fab surprise- much better (and more well stocked with pans etc) than most holiday villas, a real treat! Felt secluded and quiet, private pool with loungers. Loved the outdoor dining spot with sunshade, and the pool was fab (slightly heated to take the edge off). Big rooms, plenty of space. Good wifi. Nice, quiet village, larger town only a 10 min drive away. Private parking, very secure. BBQ provided with some coal. Super helpful owner! · Nothing not to like :) - only one niggle (teething problem for the beginning of the holiday season only, I'm sure) With 5 girls staying this was always going to be a test for any villa, but the hot water could only last for 1 short shower. Owner is aware of the problem now so I'm sure it will be fixed. As I said - 5 showers would test many water heaters to their limit- and once the weather heats up a bit more it wouldn't matter anyway.

I would definitely recommend!

We lucked out with amazing weather in the last week of October to fully enjoy the pool and proximity to the beach/coast. The home is as presented in the photos, and the pool was especially nice and clean. Felipe greeted us on arrival and walked us through the house. We appreciated the few grocery items he provided, and managed just fine with buying food at the neighborhood market a couple of blocks over. The area was quiet and we saw quite a number of surfers down near the marina and by the local beach. My teenagers and 10 year old really loved this stay in Mallorca, I would definitely recommend!

Het huis zag er schoon en netjes uit. Genoeg ruimte voor vijf volwassenen. Fijne rustige buurt. Lekker restaurant om de hoek. Philippe is een aardige eigenaar, die al de eerste boodschappen voor een ontbijt had gedaan. Erg gastvrij gebaar. Ook bij vragen was hij goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Minpuntje: het beddengoed rook niet allemaal even fris. Ws komt dit door de kasten waarin dit ligt, verkeerde verf op de kastplanken??? Dus de lakens zelf even gewassen.

Schönes, modernes u gepflegtes Ferienhaus...

... mit allem was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet u noch relativ neu. Wir haben es mit zwei Familien bewohnt. Der Garten ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Im Haus selbst ist wirklich alles mögliche vorhanden: hochstuhl, kinderbett, Luftmatratze, babywippe, Sonnenschirm etc. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Wir sind erst nach 22h angekommen u er hat uns noch alles gezeigt u erklärt. Er hatte sogar schon etwas fürs Frühstück eingekauft! Der Ort ist sehr klein. Aber es gibt ein gutes Restaurant u einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäcker in nur zwei Gehminuten. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig!

Dieses Haus ist einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist genial - max. 5 min zum Strand! Zustand des Hauses recht neu und sehr gut gepflegt. Ausstattung sehr modern und gut ausgewählt. Der Eigentümer / Verwalter hat uns mit einer riesen Auswahl von Obst begrüßt. Alle zusätzlichen Dinge von Spülmaschinentabs bis Klopapier alles vorhanden. Wasser wurde auch zur Begrüßung bzw. für der Anfang zur Verfügung gestellt...und und und - einfach toll! Terrasse sowie Möbel und Kissen. alles Top! Pool sehr sauber und ausreichend groß! Wir sind restlos begeistert und würden gern wieder kommen Danke für den tollen Urlaub in diesem perfekten Haus

This vacation house is perfect. It has everything one needs. My family and I had a very good time. The house looks exactely like the pics. Very clean.....very comfotable......very spacious. The area is perfect for non touri fans. The beach at the end of town is very pretty....with an amazing few of the mountains. Felipe....the house owner is very nice and helpful.He will get out of his way to make you feel comfortable. 50 meters from the house is a little store.....has all the grocerie one needs.....and the store owners are very friendly. The town has about 4-5 restaurants. 3 of which we visited. Great food.....Paella take out possible.....spoken languages in german, english and spanish. We're planning on coming back next year.....it was just the perfect vacation for us!
