Fantastic village house, for 4 guests, located at only 600 meters from Colònia de Sant Pere beach.
Surrounded by trees and mountains, the exteriors of this astonishing house are ideal to spend time in the open air. Various terraces and a fantastic glazed porch are perfect for having breakfast or taste a barbecue, sunbathe on the 2 sun loungers, read a book while having a coffee or a glass of wine, and even from one of the sunbeds you can see the sea.

The one-storey house offers you a beautiful living-dining room with TV-SAT and A/C, a wide ceramic cooktop kitchen, a shower bathroom and two dormitories with wardrobe and ceiling fan. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, direct access to the outside and space to allocate a cot and a high chair. The other one has two single beds. The laundry is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location is awesome if you like the beach, since it is located at only 600 meters, and the authentic fishermen villages. Colònia de Sant Pere is a little and charming town that has all the necessary services accessible on foot: bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc.

The wooden stove cannot be used.
Pets are not allowed.

Magical quiet getaway with a friendly family atmosphere

Felt very private and located 10mins walk from the town beach and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood with easy parking and dramatic backdrop of mountains. Lovely property and pool was a huge bonus. Air conditioning in main room and fans in bedrooms made it comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

Lovely villa and pool - wish I'd asked for the sun terrace table and chairs as per the photo As these were not available to us. Possibly a simple phone call would have had them made available... Everything else was great. As with all properties a few basics to help keep the property clean would have helped. Rubbish bags, cleaning cloths, cleaning products.

The villa was lovely and clean, plenty towel and bedding for the full stay. Pool and terrace areas were lovely too. Negatives were only garden style furniture in the lounge which were not very comfortable to relax in. Only 2 poolside loungers outside, when we requested 2 more as 4 of us were in the property we were told the owner wouldn't get 2 more. We have stayed in lots of villas and this is the first time we haven't had enough loungers around the pool. This stopped us from enjoying the pool area as a family. The property is only advertised on VRBO but managed and paid for through a separate company. If we had known this we wouldn't have booked. We had problems with the 2nd payment going through and instead of trying to help they sent us three messages threatening to cancel our booking.

Schönes rustikales Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts im Haus vermisst. Es ist gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Highlight war für uns die schöne Poolterrasse.

Tolle Finka! Wir leider über einen anderen Biter abgewickelt!

Die Finka ist wunderschön aber das große Manko ist, dass die Buchung NICHT über Fewo abgewickelt wird, sondern über ein majorkinisches Unternehmen. Sowohl die Zahlung, als auch die Hinterlegung der Kaution.

Villa en pueblo costero tranquilo con una piscina maravillosa

En general la estancia bien. Villa de 3 dormitorios bien equipada en lugar tranquilo, aunque ahora en obras en dos edificios cercanos. La verdad es que hacían ruido, pero no me pareció insoportable. Muebles y decoración sencilla. Muy buena piscina con agua de sal, pequeña, sin embargo permite nadar por su longitud, muy agradable. Mejoraría algunos detalles, como tumbonas en la piscina, hay dos sólo (con el nombre de un hotel), pondría al menos cuatro. Mejoraría también la limpieza, el menaje no demasiado limpio y la zona de la lavadora necesita una limpieza. En la agencia las obligaciones del inquilino son un poco amenazantes en cuanto a restar de la fianza, por ejemplo si no se tira la basura, si se abusa del aire acondicionado, agua...En cambio no aparecen derechos como el cambio de ropa de casa cada 8 días, que tuve que preguntar e insistir. Es necesaria más información de cómo se recicla en el pueblo, ya que en días concretos recogen cada tipo de basura y al principio desconocíamos y tuvimos que investigar.

Unzumutbarer Baulärm durch zwei Baustellen!

Nachdem wir feststellten, dass sich zwei aktive Baustellen mit Kreissägen, Hämmern, und allem was so Baustellen bieten können direkt angrenzend an das gemietete Grundstück befinden, wollten wir gleich ausziehen. Die Baustellen weckten uns um 07.00 und endeten am frühen Abend! Nix mit Pool genießen, oder die Terrassen nutzen! Diese Infos über Baustellen fehlen komplett auf den Fotos, wurden sehr geschickt NICHT fotografiert! FeWo-direkt konnte uns nicht helfen, verwiesen auf die Unter Agentur Homerti die uns frecherweise vorschlugen, dass wir ja tagsüber woanders hinfahren könnten! Ernsthaft? Deshalb mietet man ein Haus mit Pool?? Abgesehen vom unerträglichen Lärm, war der Pool dreckig, tote Salamander, benutzte Pflaster schwammen in ihm herum, sodass wir erstmal putzen mussten. Gläser dreckig und uralt, überall Ameisen. Beide Duschen fielen schon am zweiten und dritten Tag aus!Ach, und wo war eigentlich die Waschmaschine.? Wir kommen nie wieder, und wollen auch nicht mehr über FeWo-direkt buchen! Konsequenzen sind unterwegs! Wir sind dann ausgezogen!

Lovely Stay!

Lovely stay at this property. Stayed for 10 days. There are a few restaurants down by the sea front but you will definitely need a car to get around.

Our family had really wonderful 3 weeks vacation on beautiful island in amazing house.

Our family of 2 adults and two kids (girl 16 yo and boy 13 yo) had really wonderful 3 weeks vacation on beautiful island in amazing house. Homerti gave us best possible support. We had a few technical issues which had been solved in reasonable time. Homerti stays in touch by phone, e-mail and via chat here. We recommend to rent a car locally on C&H car rental to visit many nice beaches, castles and other nice places. Please pay attention local rules of waste collection: best way is to deliver separated garbage to local green point of waste collection located only 100 meters away. House looks very attractive, it’s very clean, stylish, wi-fi is fast enough, kitchen is well equipped. Leans is good. Furniture is nice. It takes 10 minutes to get to the sea by walk but better beaches are located 25 minutes away by car: Muro, Torta, Mesquida, Aquilla, Son Moll.
