Surrounded by open fields where cows graze right up to the garden’s edge, this home brings the serenity of rural life straight to your doorstep. With its timber beams, soft lighting, and tasteful interior, the space exudes warmth and authenticity while offering all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing stay.

Private Wellness & Serene Views
Unwind in your own private sauna after a day of exploring the lush Overijssel region. For an added touch of indulgence, you can book the outdoor hot tub and soak beneath the open sky with views of meadows stretching into the horizon. The spacious garden and furnished terrace invite you to slow down and savor your surroundings, whether you're reading a book, sharing meals outdoors, or simply watching the sunset melt into the fields.

Idyllic Location & Cozy Dining Nearby
Tucked away in the charming village of Notter, you're just a short drive from the beautiful Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park—a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Nearby towns like Nijverdal and Wierden offer welcoming restaurants and cafés, including the cozy Brasserie Wijnbar BRUUT and Eetcafé Plexat, perfect for local bites after a day of adventure.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
